Description of Work: I had them come out for an estimate. The salesman was persistent in wanting us to sign a contract right then. The price seemed high to me so I had a second estimate conducted. I got the same sliding glass door for 1K less.

Description of Work: I had extensive peeling of the exterior stucco on my single level residential home. Loose stucco was removed by hydro blasting and painstaking physical removal. Rotted fascia boards removed and later replaced. Stucco was redone in places. Flat areas and trim paint/sealed. Hard working crew did a remarkable job, my neighbors love it, as much as I do.

Description of Work: I called the company for an estimate and they were both punctual and professional. I did not choose to work with them because their estimate was higher than others I received.

Description of Work: The work was contracted out to local painters. They sanded most areas of the home. They covered certain areas with a protective patch paint. Replaced dry rot boards on the front of the house. They painted the primary home, front porch, and eaves.Initially, there was no issue. But a problem did arise when the materials did not arrive all together and the communication wasn't provided to us. However, once the need for communication was brought to their attention, things improved quickly.

Description of Work: Communication is a problem. "Week of" does not say which day. Workers arrived and we were unprepared because we didn't know they were coming. RESTUCCO is a misnomer. They hydro washed and patched and painted old stucco. Patching was fine with a couple of small areas they missed. Workers were good. Clean up just OK.

Description of Work: We purchased a Big Deal offered for the re-stucco of our house for $2999.00. We decided not to go with this contractor as, quite frankly, we did not trust him. We had additional work that we wanted the contractor to do and expected his quote to come back higher. However, he itemized his quote and the re-stucco portion of the quote came back $3000.00 high than what was advertised. The total quote from this contractor ended up being over $10k, which was considerable higher than other contractors that we received quotes from. After reading some of the reviews from other members, it was apparent to us that this contractor uses these coupons as bait for business and then changes the price upon quoting. Our house is a single story and only 2000 sf, so the increased quote had nothing to do with our house being much larger.

Description of Work: Jarod made a fair and detailed estimate of the work needed to repair and restain our wood siding. His crews were hard-working, efficient and skilled. They communicated with us throughout the 10-day job, and they cleaned up each day before they left. We are very happy with the outcome and highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They power washed the entire house, repaired all the missing stucco, and matched the existing stucco, then painted the entire house and all the eaves and roof trim. They were on time, worked hard, and did everything they promised to do. The company president, answered every email and phone call at once.

Description of Work: Jared and Approved Contractors did a very good job. They applied primer base and new stucco to my house and nearby walls. I recommend them. It took a couple of visits to get some relatively minor items on the punch list taken care of after the job was supposedly completed, but they kept their promise and arrived on time to do the corrections. They were also careful with the landscaping and other things around the work area. It's clearly a company that understands the importance of good customer relations in succeeding at business.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $2,999 for Complete House Re-Stucco or Repair with Materials Included. He was great to talk to. It was a bigger job than we both anticipated, so I received a refund on the service.

Description of Work: It went well. We were in the bid process. We elected to use a previous window manufacturer we had used to match the outer trim on the lower floor windows on the back of the house we had already replaced. Approved Contractor inc was very professional and their communication was very timely. Their pricing was a value as well. I will consider them again when I work on the front of the house. Marc.
