Primary work was done professionally with excellent results. During the process a rose bush, a tomato plant and four cucumber plants were killed with no offer of compensation. Worksite was left messier than expected. Paint chips over all of front and back yards; two razor blades were found afterwards. Communication was less than expected and excuse was not valid.

We were very pleased with his presentation, even though we decided not to have the work done.

They came out and gave me a price. The employee, Jerry Green, was extremely nice and I have no complaints whatsoever about the company. I did decide to use someone with a lower bid.

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for 50% off new windows. Jared came out to do the estimate at night when I was available, which I appreciated. We went room by room and he explained things in detail while taking measurements. The windows I had inherited with my remodeled house were single pane, hastily cut pieces of glass and roughly chopped wood (not even painted on all sides), and super drafty due to large gaps. Jared ordered the windows and scheduled my install for several weeks later at my request. His installers are punctual, fast, professional, and friendly. They came out on a Saturday and completed the job in about four hours, which was much faster than I had expected. I replaced 13 windows with 5, since some of them were previously set up as 3 smaller windows, and I had them put in one big one as a replacement. I hadn't been able to open my windows for 2 years, since there were no screens in the old ones, and I have a couple cats who would probably take off. So, needless to say, I am ecstatic about being able to open the windows and get a cross breeze now! And the kitties love being able to look out the window and get the fresh air. There is a little bit of touch up work to be done around the sills, but that was to be expected, and was mentioned to me a couple times before the work was done. My only complaints, if I had any, would be that I didn't get to look at the contract before I bought the Big Deal, and that my check wasn't cashed for about ten days after the job was done (which is the only reason I gave a "B" on responsiveness). But those are minor, minor issues. I would say just ask for a copy of the agreement before you commit (there's nothing bad in it, but as an attorney I like to see what I'm going to be asked to sign ahead of time). And just know that especially if you have old sills/windows, the new ones may require a bit of touch up puttying and paint around the sills, although I will say the installers did a good job of making it not noticeable. Since the job was done, I've seen other companies offer a cheaper deal, but I don't know if they are the same windows, or how good the work would be. Overall, after pricing new windows for these rooms from several companies, I feel that I got a great deal using the Big Deal and Approved Contractor. The new windows are great, and I spent about half as much as I thought I was going to. It's nice to get something done unexpectedly soon because there's a great price available. So far I'm a big fan of the Big Deal!

It went great. Jared and crew were very professional to work with. We love the new windows/door. The job took a few hours, with no hitches. We will be working with this company again soon. Highly recommend.

They replaced with almost identical types, but much better quality and far easier to open. The cross detail even lined up better top to bottom. They came out for the estimate, then to take measurements and one month later we had new windows in. It only took them about 2 hours to take out the old windows and put in the new ones, with no mess or disruption to our day. They were great.

A most pleasant experience! The owner of the company, Jared returned my telephone call by the end of the day I called. (Talk about great service!) The windows were expected in 3 to 5 weeks, they came in 3. The installation crew was punctual, clean, efficient, friendly and accommodating. They even worked around my 3 dogs being moved from room to room as a install the windows. (Thanks again, José) This company gives great service, with quality products, at a fair price. I'm already putting together my request for additional replacement windows with Approved Contractor! My father was a contractor, and he was very picky about service and quality of product. He would have loved Approved Contractor. These are the kind of guys that look you in the eye when they shake your hand... you can trust them (a wonderful commodity in our competitive dog eat dog world)- And, the new windows have already made a huge difference in the comfort level in my house. I highly recommend Approved Contractor, and as stated, will be using them again.

Jared came out and gave an excellent estimate for the work that was to be done. His crew arrived right on time the first day and began work. As the project progressed, it became apparent that additional wood replacement had to be done. Jared was very fair with the price for the additional work and I believe he gave me much more than I paid for. At the end of the project, his crew made sure they thoroughly cleaned up around my property. In the end, my house is absolutely beautiful. My neighbors have all commented on how great my house looks. Jared is very concerned about his work product and he made sure that everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Jared was always available to take my calls and handle any concerns I had. I would highly recommend him and his company.

I contacted the company and made an explicit point that I was not in the immediate area and requested a quote for replacement of each of the windows in my home. When I indicated that my primary interest was replacement of one or two windows now, then the rest later, they reneged on the Angie's List Big Deal. They would not honor the Angie's list deal because I did not want to replace all the windows, but that is not a condition of the coupon offer. They also indicated they would not provide services to my area, Orange County, unless I had all the windows replaced. The deal specifically said "up to 8 windows" it did not indicate a minimum. Intially they had no problems with providing the service in Orange County, under the coupon terms. I would be willing to share the email chain with anyone, it is very brief and I believe my point is readily made and consternation justified. Although the contact person was prompt and polite, I really don't like being misled and I don't like that they reneged on the coupon, it reflects poorly on the contractor and Angie's list.

I met with Jared Green, owner, at the arranged time for an inspection and bid on my multi unit apartment complex. I found him to be very prompt and professional and pleasant. Even though his bid was not the lowest, I felt most confident that he would complete the job to my satisfaction. I was not disappointed. His crew showed up on time and I met with Jared at least weekly or more if necessary. He kept me or my manager updated daily. His crew was very good at letting the tenants know what was going to be happening so that they could prepare, such as close windows before water blasting, etc. The job was completed on time and I couldn't be happier. They were very professional and prompt. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and they cleaned up after themselves very well. There was one issue with the finished product but they were quick to come out and take care of the issue.

Got recommendation from a service. After 3 interviews with other contractors we chose Approved contractors from their presentation and professionalism. We were very happy and Jarod constantly checked on the work to see that it was perfect.

Process went very well. They showed up as scheduled and work done without any problems. House looked great when it was done. About 6 weeks later, we had some rain and I was anxious to check the paint job. Before the painting you could easily see where the water is absorbed into the stucco. Everything was great except for one small area. They missed painting the area. Can't really blame them for missing it because they applied a primer to the entire house which is the same color as the final coat. In any event, I called Jared Green, the company president, and he immediately set up an appointment for his crew to come back out and fix it. They came back out as scheduled and repainted the area in question. All in all, I would definitely use them again.

We absolutely loved them. We were amazed. We were looking at all the other companies and they were the only ones that came with products in their truck to show us. We met with probably five different companies and they were the only ones that did that. They showed us widows, things we could compare and gave us ideas. They were very professional. They were very available. Even though the sales person came from LA, he was always available on the phone. I would recommend this company to anybody and I already have. We had a wonderful experience. It is a phenomenal company. We would absolutely use them again in the future.
