Approved Contractors did an amazing job on a large, complicated project on a big 2-story home. Work was finished on time, on budget with outstanding attention to detail. Could not be happier with ACI and Jared!

Overall it went well. The workers arrived on time and quietly performed their work. There was quite a bit of prep work on the trellis and wood casings surrounding the windows. The house looks good. One thing I found odd. The owner, Jared never came out to inspect the work, nor has he called to inquire about how the work went and if I was satisfied. Fortunately, overall, it went well.

Jared and his team were the ultimate professionals and arrived on time, did the work on time, and left the place exactly as they found it. Only with new windows!

It went exceptional. The guys were professional, clean and courteous. If I had another home, I would definitely have then install new windows in it!

This company was hired to replace our windows and front entry door. They completed the windows to satisfaction. But when the windows were delivered and installation began I asked where the entry door was. The project leader said he would call Jared ( the owner). Jared had apparently forgotten to order the door. Even after the windows were completely installed the door still had not been ordered. I had to email Jared numerous times to get a response. Once he responded he said that it was taking longer to find my door because it was a 'custom' door. Days passed without any updates and then I asked if any progress had been made to which he replied that it would take a while but if I wanted to find another company to do the door that it would be fine. My impression is that Jared never meant to install the entry door. He was very responsive and prompt when it came to the windows but when it was about the door he appeared to be dragging his foot. I usually don't write reviews but in this case, I felt as if I had been misled by this company and needed to say something.

We have used Jared and his company frequently for window installation. Was always good work. We were (up until this project) long time loyal customers. We will not be using Approved Contractor again and we caution anyone to use them for anything other than simple window installation. Jared’s communication was very poor, he hired subcontractors without telling us, they arrived on site to rip out our wall without knowing any specifications. Despite delays in work Jared managed to charge me on time. The door handle is broken and his painters didn’t finish the job. Numerous calls and texts have gone unanswered. Jared - don’t worry about responding anymore. I’ll handle from here.

Patched up the cracks n even out the stucco. Very pleased with the end results.

Approved Contractor's web site promises "that you will love your windows and window contractor." That turned out to be true! Approved Contractor was recommended to me by a friend who praised their work on her windows. I had 6 double hung windows from the 1920s replaced and it turned out to be the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. And I love my windows. Jared always replied promptly from the first time I contacted him. He came to my house within days of my call. I was impressed with his efficiency, courtesy, organization and knowledge. Once I signed the contract (about a week later) he sent his fantastic meticulous installer, Lalo, to take measurements. Jared contacted me about 2 weeks later to let me know the windows were in production and he gave me an estimate of when they would be ready. This kind of professionalism and the courtesy of being kept in the loop is why I love my window contractor. And everything stayed on schedule: within a 3 month window of time. Lalo said the installation would take one day, and it did. The three men arrived promptly and worked carefully and quietly, bing conscientious about covering all my furniture and the path from room to room. They were respectful of the gardens where they were working. The only noisy part was sawing the trim pieces. Everything, everything went smoothly. Everyone was always courteous and respectful. My house was clean and tidy when they finished. I would not hesitate to hire Approved Contractor again.

Unfortunately Improved Contractors did amazing on their stucco and wood work for our siding only to have horrible quality painters to finish the job. Improved Contractors communication through the whole process was very slow and they didn't communicate well. We got a quote for one internal door, siding/stucco work out front externally and paint the full house. The project took way longer than expected but thats understandable for construction. They were able to fix the stucco and complete the wood work for the siding which seemed to be good. They made small mistakes that were able to be fixed like hanging the shutters incorrectly and broke a couple of our roof titles which needed to be replaced. But the painters they used were so bad. They painted our bathroom door which to be honest looked way better before paint. We called them and they came back to look at the horrible work on the door and they tried to fix the mistakes but they messed up the door so much I had to sand it and fix it myself. As for the exterior painting they completed the job and after a week the wood was expanding like it normally does but with that the paint peeled. It took over a week for a response back only when we called them back. Improved Contractors still haven’t solved any problem they just put bandaids on the painting issues. If I was them (Improved Contractors) I would find new guys to do their painting work for them because they were the worst painters I have ever dealt with. You can tell the difference between professional painters and guys off the street. I wouldn’t recommend Improved Contractors to anyone looking for painting to be done on their house in any shape or form.

Perfectly - timely, courteous, efficient and professional.

Approved Contractors worked with us throughout a very challenging remodel unrelated to their work. We had to constantly move the install date and they were professional and accommodating. The work was done quickly, the windows are beautiful and such a welcome improvement. I will use them again.

It could not have gone better. The owner and crew were very professional, performed in a timely manner, were neat, and did excellent work. I am very please with the job.

The owner is rude and cannot communicate verbally or in writing, luckily, his crew covered for him and knew how to paint. The prep was good, and the replacement wood shingles were well done

This is a great company, and they are very serious about making the customer happy. Jared came out to my house to look over the job (new windows in part of the house, taking out a window in another part) and gave me a quote that was $10,000 lower than another bid I had received for the same work. He was exceedingly professional and pleasant to deal with. The workers did a nice job and were also very good guys. I'm very happy with the results.

The paint had a lifetime warranty, but started pedaling off and drying sticky a few weeks later. Took many phone calls to get them back to fix it. The painters were messy too.

Instead of trying to up-sell me on products and services that potentially won't work to cool my home within my budget, Jared took the time to make recommendations on what he would do if it were his own home, which didn't include any of the services he would provide. He drove all the way across town just to speak with me about the situation, and still managed to be extremely courteous, timely, and congenial. Moreover, and to be bluntly honest, as a woman receiving estimates without my husband around, he actually treated me fairly and without being patronizing, which is more than I can say for some other contractors I've received estimates from. If I have any business to do in the future, I won't hesitate to call him up.

Although we haven't begun the project, Jared's punctuality, honesty, and professionalism were on the money. Will enhance review once work is completed.

It was a wonderful service experience. arrived on time, were friendly and professional, did everything as expected and completed job on time. Fast response when I found one place that needed a touch-up and completed that quickly.

I tried very much to tell them to replace part of the roof, but the supervisor was difficult to talk to too. The roof is not even because the plywood wasn't replaced, like I wanted done to be done to begin with. There are nails protruding as well. The cut it.

Excellent service, timely scheduling and performance, completed early and cleaned up as if they were never there. Provided multiple options and ideas. Very happy with our new windows. Thank you!

Everything about my experience was absolutely pleasant. His prices were excellent. His crew professional, prompt and courteous. Jared was always available to answer my questions!!!! My neighbors were so impressed they hired him too!!!! Before hiring anyone else I would call Approved Contractor. I promise you , you wont regret it and will be pleasantly surprised!!!
