they did great they gave me an estimate they said it would take them somewhere around 3 hours. They got done around the time they said they would and the windows looked good. They cleaned up the area they worked on and the whole job went smoothly. Great job guys

It turned out very well. We placed the order and it took 3-4 weeks for the windows to arrive. They installed the windows in one day. There was just one small problem. The windows were missing deadbolts which I had ordered. It was okay because they re-ordered them and came back and installed the correct ones. It wasn’t a big issue. I would absolutely hire them again.

Fast and friendly service from these guys. They went above and beyond for me from beginning to end. They were very nice and professional and I would use them again if I ever needed more windows.

Excellent! There team was courteous, professional courteous, meticulous, and pleasant. Each contractor paid close attention to detail. The removal of the old windows was clean. Never did they leave a mess as most contractors had in past. They cleaned up after themselves and when the job was done not one bit of trash was left behind. Kudos to them for a seamless installation and a great team of employees. Thank you Approved Contractors from the quote (great sales people) to the inside support to the final installation. I've already recommended others in my neighborhood call this company for their window needs!

We were visited by Jared, the business' owner, after purchasing a deal on Angie's List for stucco repair/replacement for $2999. He was very friendly and professional. We got some solid advice from him, in that our initial goal was to flatten out the stucco. He gave us a quote for both repair and to flatten. The flattening would have cost up to $10,000. He ran the numbers for us and said we'd never make that money back if we were to sell the house. So we opted for the repair and painting. We had a number of broken pieces from wear and tear and from replacing the windows and having some electrical work done years ago. Those areas were simply patched without concern for matching up the texture of the stucco. Looked pretty crappy. When the crew came, they worked thoroughly and effectively, and finished ahead of schedule. The only complaint we had was quickly rectified by Jared. The crew had to move trash cans, ladders and cement blocks and opted to put them on newly planted ground cover and lavender bushes, killing them. We were upset because we felt they could have put heavy stuff on the concrete driveway, and positioned the ladders to avoid killing the landscaping. There was also a lot of dust and broken stucco on the ground around the entire house, which they cleaned up as best they could. (Hence our B rating for professionalism.) Within a day or two, Jared had purchased and delivered replacement plants, so we ended up happy again. They did a great job with the stucco, looks like new, and a fantastic job (inexpensive!) with painting as well. Because of this and the stellar customer service, we would recommend this company to friends and neighbors and already have!

They are very knowledgeable and reasonably price.

Used one of Angie's List vouchers to help purchase the windows. The contractor/owner came out to give me an estimate and worked with me on my schedule. I get home from work at 5:30 p.m. and he came over around 7:00 p.m., so I didn't have to take time off from work. Just to let you know, it does take about a month for the windows to arrive once they are ordered since they are custom fit. The installation technician arrived earlier than expected, which was good for me. It only took him a couple of hours to install since I only had the two windows. Jose did an excellent job and was very clean.

Jared answered by email promptly, set an appointment, arrived on time, and gave me a lot of education on paint, good paint, coating, and the differences. He explained the process thoroughly and gave me some ideas on some other issues i have at my home. He was very aimiable, and professional. The cost came in right where i had expected, and Jared allowed me to purchase the big deal, to help defray the costs (which was set to not be offered in a week), and we discussesd that I would need to have the work finished in one year. No Problem! When i have the job completed, I will return and add more to this review.

We found them on Angie's list and thought that we give them a try. Jared came to the house to provide us a quote and get things started. Patio Door/Windows Re-caulking: Sent worker here for measurement of the door. Ordered the door, which takes 3 weeks. 3 weeks later the workers were here for the install. The installation took most of the day, since they were also re-caulking 22 windows. They were very detailed and did a good job. On time and cleaned up afterwards. The new french door looks great. Texture Paint: Setup appointment for the painting 2 weeks later. A different crew came, but they also did a very good job. The whole process took about 5 working days and we are very happy with the end result. The crew were always on time, and Jared replies texts/calls within a short time. Overall we are very happy.

They did the service but as far as service and professionalism I could have gotten a lot better. The guy said he was available at all times and I would be able to get in touch with him within 15 minutes. I tried to call him on a weekend and he did not answer and then a crew showed up on a given Monday after that with no warning at all that they were coming. They tried to mask the house off in the morning and the dampness did not allow for that. They were not professional at all and they got paint all over shrubs that I had trimmed back. They came at 9:00 AM and they only stayed till 2:15 PM. I would not hire them again and I would not recommend them. The window leaks and I have had to re-do the entire window since that time. The garden window did not have a trim kit with it and I asked him if he was going to do the finishing touches and I never got an answer and they left. The door was done well but it was a very easy job. The window required custom work and they were not able to accommodate that. The guy said he had installed windows for 50 years and it did not work out well with his work.

We used them maybe about two weeks after we contacted them. We spent more than the big deal price because we had many more walls to repair the stucco and paint than the original square footage that the deal covered. They were outstanding. I would give them five stars out of five. They came and did what they needed to do. They cleaned up after themselves and we loved the work that they did. We selected the paint color which they went and got and they did it all in four days which was absolutely terrific. There were about four workmen on the crew and they did a really outstanding job. I would recommend them highly but I do not have anything to compare their price to so I do not think that it would be fair for me to rate their price. I do not want to hurt them but I do not want to give other customers an impression that they are going to get a real bargain because I just do not know. We would absolutely consider using them again in the future if needed.

From my first meeting with Jared everything went super smooth. He came out to give me a quote and even said he'd give me an Angie's list 50% discount that just expired. I REALLY appreciated that. He explained exactly what I'd be getting (even had a sample window with him) and wasn't trying to sell me on anything extra. Since the windows are custom ordered it took about 5 weeks to get them, but once they came in, he schedule the install for the next day. His two man crew showed up at my house at 1:30 pm and were done and cleaned up by 4:45pm. Very professional and super clean! Once I save a little more money I will DEFINITELY be using Approved Contractor to replace the rest of the windows in my place.

Both the owner and the crew were very professional. He did the work promptly and we're happy with the finished product.

Jared was quite nice. After speaking with him about my house it appeared that his recommended product would cost me $7000 and he would credit me the $2999.99 I spent on the "big deal" which means essentially I wasn't getting any discount.

The coupon did not even cover the cost of one window. Very disappointed. Money wasted on coupon.

On the day of scheduled installation the "Install Team" arrived right "on-time" and got right to it. The "crew" was terrific - and the "Lead Man" really knew his stuff. The existing frames were promptly removed, openings prepared and replacements were fitted, secured and made weatherproof. Extra care was provided with removal and reattachment of vertical blinds. The "crew" was polite, professional, respected our furniture, cleaning and vacuuming horizontal surfaces as needed after themselves. We're quite pleased with the finished results and overall process. We felt the job cost was a bit "pricey" at the time of Estimate - but, in this day and age you get what you pay for. On the basis of our personal experience we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this provider.

He was responsive and provided me with a detailed estimate within a week. The only issue I had was the total cost of the re-stucco, which was more than twice the amount of the "big deal" cost based on the square footage of the house. I do plan on re-stucco-ing in the next two years and Jared will be asked to re-submit a bid based on his professionalism and AL rating. Thanks.

We ended up not going with them, we got somebody else to install the windows. He was okay, he was a nice guy, we didn't have any problems with him, I just found someone less expensive so we chose to cancel him last minute. He seemed pleasant.

I have to say this went as smooth as a baby's butt, lol.. Jared returned my email promptly, and showed up on time for the estimate. Gave me a run through on style and price, and never did I feel pressured to buy or upgrade my product. He had his worker Jose come out and measure everything to order the windows. Don't know if you care but the windows I got are family made in Fresno, just like to buy American when I can. Jose and his crew showed up, ripped out the old and installed the new. It was all done in a day and they look awesome!!! Clean up was great too, no junk left around. The windows have been in about a week and everything looks,sounds and feels great. Highly recommended!!

Contact from the beginning was very smooth and personalized. This company published their pricing on their offer, and there was no pressure to upgrade; the price remained as stated. Jared understood exactly what was needed. Communication was excellent, and I was informed every step of the way (by email and phone messages) the expected time of installation and when the windows were ordered and came. Email questions were answered immediately. The workmen were very courteous and friendly, from the precise measurements to the actual installation. On the day of installation, they arrived promptly as promised, and proceeded with great teamwork to unload, remove the old, old windows, prepare carefully for the new, and install. The work was done quickly, and with minimal household disruption. The result was stunning. Jared had suggested grid work across the entire big front window, as opposed only on the 2 side windows, as I had planned, and he was absolutely correct in the final appearance. All 8 windows were finished by mid to late afternoon on outside and inside with quality workmanship, and Jose went with me while we tested out the finished product. I now have beautiful windows that are cooler and slide easily. They have changed the appearance of the house inside and out, and neighbors have complimented the result. Thanks, Jared and crew.
