The company was wonderful and I will use them in future. The estimate was more than I you expected so I am postponing the project for now.

I am so happy with the results of the job. Jared Green was through in outlining everything that would be done. When the men came to start the work, they went through everything that they would be doing and started right away. The workmen were very professional and friendly to any questions I had. They came promptly at 8 a.m. and left at 5:00 p.m. They were like worker ants. I don't know when they took lunch. Jared was very prompt if the men found something that needed to be replaced, in getting back to me in explaining why and the cost. They men were very thorough. The house looks beautiful. They did a marvelous job of clean-up and making sure everything was left clean and they disposed of all the debris. I would certainly use Jared's company again and gave out cards for those neighbors that asked . I have been telling so many people about Angies List and what good deals I have found.

Our house had fallen into benign disrepair and desperately needed paint. The wood trim and windows had termite and water damage. Once we decided what color I began searching Angie?s List for a contractor. After searching on and off for several months, I finally found Approved Contractor. The comments were so positive I made the call. On the appointed day Jared called to say he could come early and arrived exactly when he said he would. He explained in detail their process, materials and why the new coating would be better than our existing stucco. It was exactly what we were looking for ? something more robust than just a paint job, but not the hassle and expense of having to restucco. He said the work would take 6-7 days. It actually took 5 working days, which ended up spread out over 2 weeks. (The off days included 1 day for house to dry after the hydro blast, labor day weekend, 2 days due to custom color complications, another weekend, and 1 day for new rain downspouts to be installed.) Before the work started, I had lots of questions that Jared answered quickly via e-mail. I didn?t bother to interview any other contractor for this job. The team was incredible. Jose was the lead and instilled confidence. The prep work was amazing. They removed all attached fixtures, moved patio furniture and pots away from the house, and covered plants and planters. The team also removed old trellises and patched the holes. They even covered my neighbor?s cars in case there was airborne paint from the spraying. The house looks fantastic. The team cleaned up every day. The cost may seem high, but was fair considering the size of the house, all the windows, french doors (3 sets) and iron railings that needed refurbishment and paint. What could have been better. I felt I had to pressure the team to unstick the windows that were painted shut and, as I write this, the upper portions of the double-hung windows are still stuck. I discovered this 3 days after they finished and e-mailed Jared immediately, but have not heard back yet. One comment said they returned after the job had finished to resolve some issues, but that may not be my experience. There were some minor contractual miscommunications to the team that were easily resolved on site. There were slight painting inconsistencies; for example, sometimes they painted water pipes and outside electrical outlet covers, sometimes not. I hadn?t specified either way. What I didn't expect: Jared explained the texture coat and its thermal properties that help insulate the house. Our patio has a corner section that receives harsh afternoon sun. The paint definitely reflects the heat, but it creates significant heat in that corner that is easily felt. Due to this phenomena, I had to rethink my potted plant placement. All said, I would definitely recommend Approved Contractor. Update: Jared responded to my email and Jose came by today (9/20) to fix the windows. He also touched up the trim paint where needed.

It was a good experience and the provider was very professional, but I just don't need the service.

Jared Greene the owner was very professional. He showed up when he said, answered all our questions and worked with us doing painting at a convenient time for us. The workers were great, they did a good job and worked very hard. Some days we were not sure what time they would show up, but they put in full days and finished as expected. The house looks great, they were able to match the paint we requested. We would definitely recommend this Company and we would use them again.

Jared and his team at Approved Contractor did an awesome job painting the exterior of our home with the elastomeric paint special. Excellent quality and a great price made this an exceptional value. I would certainly recommend Approved Contractor to anyone looking to paint the outside of their house.

My parents have lived in their home for over 40 years. The last time they painted their home was 15 years ago with texture coating. Since their paint lasted for so many years, they wanted to use texture coating again. I contacted Jared at Approved Contractor Inc. for an estimate, after seeing their ?Big Deal? advertised for texture coating on Angie?s List. When Jared met with us, walked the property, and explained in detail what prep work would be done to the home before the texture coating was applied (remove dirt and loose stucco from the home, sand the wood, seal windows, clear area around the house, etc.). He even gave us great suggestions on the color selections that were available to us. It sounded too good to be true; so much so that it took us four (4) months to make a commitment to get the work done. However, we agreed on the scope of work and a start date. The Approved Contractor team arrived on time. They were very professional and courteous. The Project Manager (PM) introduced himself and told us that if we had any questions while the work was being performed, he would be happy to help us. The PM always communicated with us about what they were doing, what was going to happen the next day, and when they would be back to finish the work. At the end of each day, the team cleaned up the entire work area. As a home owner, it was nice to have people that cared enough about our home to make sure the job site was always clean. On day four (4) of the project, after being out all morning, we pulled up in front of the house and could not believe our eyes. The team had applied the texture coating to my parent?s home, and it was beautiful! My parents were so happy about the work that Approved Contractor had done. It literally looked like a new house, the one they bought 40 years ago. We have received so many compliments from our friends and neighbors about the texture coating, the color and the overall preparation done by the Approved Contractor team. Texture coating is a pricey project, but it protects your home from the elements, and it will last longer than any regular paint job done on your home. My parents are happy with the experience and work performed by Approved Contractor. I will be using them to texture coat my home as well.

I called up Approved Contractor because of all of the positive feedback I had read on Angie's List. I was very impressed when I met Jared not only by his professionalism, but also by his extensive knowledge of the products he was selling. Our windows and doors were installed over a two-day period, and unfortunately I was not able to be present during this process. His team of workers were very trustworthy and thoroughly cleaned up after they left. I have contacted Jared a few times since the installation with follow-up questions and he is always very quick to respond!

They provided an estimate that was much higher than I expected above the Big Deal price. I requested a refund for the Big Deal.

I contacted Approved Contractors about re-stucco'ing my house based on a great rating on Angie's List. Jared came out and gave me a bid, and made some other suggestions about what they could help me repair, some of which I took and some I didn't. I decided to re-stucco the house and have them spruce up a sad looking pergola, including replacing some wood and painting it. I could restate what many others have said in their reviews, which is that the crew was super professional and nice. However, more importantly, I'm beyond impressed with their ethics and standards. Due to some miscommunication between Jared and his crew, the style of stucco I ended up with was explicitly not what I wanted. Instead of arguing with me or finding a way to blame me for this mistake, Jared took responsibility immediately (within 10 minutes of an email to him he called my cell phone) and not only offered but insisted that they would redo the entire stucco project at their cost or give me a partial refund. I went with the re-stucco and they spent 4 more days at my house (not a cheap fix for them). I have a 900 sq foot house and the cost for the re-stucco was about $6,000 (with an Angie's List deal). This included all the outside trim, fascia, eaves, etc. Work took only 4 days (each time, lol), including the pergola repair. Special shout out to Rafael, my crew leader, super funny and nice guy. Customer satisfaction has been their #1 priority in every given situation, and that is rare. My dad was a contractor who used to go around fixing other contractor's mistakes, so I especially appreciate how unique a company like this is.

The service went fine. I did pay an additional fee to everything I needed covered. A crew of about 5-6 technicians came out and completed the service in about 4 days. They did a tremendous job and were great at the clean up after each stage of the project. The did good work on the taping and putting the stucco up. I had them stucco the entire exterior of my home and part of the garage. I had minor issues contacting the company in the beginning, but they came as scheduled.

The stucco work was done very well. The painting was subpar, however. They did not prep correctly and I am having to re do some of the painting myself. The bulk of the work was done to my satisfaction. I thought the additional fees for what I needed done was reasonable. Four technicians came out and completed the job in about 5 days. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I thought the deal included all the paint and materials.

It was awesome. Jesus and his crew came, power washed and did other prep work on a Friday. Came back Monday, house was dry, the finish prepping and priming for the next three days. Then the paint, actually texture coat... We love it, love the color, love the work they did, love the finished product!

I do not need this deal, as I am not buying the house I intended to use it for. The company responded to me immediately after I purchased it.

Placed order. When contractor did measurements cost was over twice the cost of the voucher. Contractor very pleasant though.

Contractor came out for measurements. Estimate a lot more than my budget for this job.

Met with Justin who provided a quote for painting our house with Stretchguard, which was a lot less than a previous quote I had received for the exact same service. As we needed to replace the roofing panels over the patio and the patio was also being painted, I asked Justin if they could replace the panels for us as well. He agreed that his foreman, Jesus, would go with us to purchase the panels and any other materials needed once the painting was complete. He also quoted a reasonable price for the additional work. The work team arrived on the start date quoted by Justin. They spent the time needed to prepare the house for painting , including completion of the repairs etc. They completed the project today and we are very happy.They did what was promised. I would recommend Approved Contractor Inc to anyone needing an exterior paint job completed.

Jared was on time and professional, as he was the third quote we received. no sales pressure as his quote was valid for a week, whereas, most other vendors could only offer a special deal for that same day. He reviewed the options and actually recommended a very economical option compared to the other vendors. However, he encouraged us to call the manufacture for further research, which we did. We ended upgrading to the mid level window, in order to get even sight lines and a little better warranty (we live on a golf course) so glass breakage was importAnt to us. Once we accepted his quote, his guys showed up on time and cleaned up each day. Overall I was very impressed with Jared and his team.

They did an excellent job. They did it fast in one day. I checked out other contractors and the price was comparable. They made a difference in my heating bill already. The windows have better insulation. I’m glad I did it. They were reasonably clean. They didn’t leave anything. The windows looks professionally done.

the guys were quick and efficient never taking attention away from the job. The result ended with great looking windows for our new home. Thank you very much to the guys that came and their company.

My experience with this company exceeded my expectations. I took the time to read all of the reviews before hiring them and any rating other than an "A" seems to be unrealistic desires from the homeowner. The bottom line is, one cannot get a 4000 sq ft home painted for $2500.00, period. My total cost, including the $2500 Angie's Deal, was $10,000 and my house now looks like a million bucks! Yes, when Jason, the owner, came to my house he did try to up-sale. I cannot fault him for that, I do the same in my business, but it was not a hard, pushy sales tactic. I live in a nice neighborhood and he assumed I wanted the best. Jason was very personable and pleasant. He obviously takes pride in his company. The workers were exceptionally clean, professional, and caring. They also took pride in their work and explained every step along the way. They were careful not to let my dog run off the property and interacted with my 7 year old child beautifully. They are very trustworthy and they were exceptionally grateful to any nicety I extended to them. The entire process was well organized. Everything was covered and sealed, including outdoor plants and bushes. There were no spills or spots left anywhere, and when they were finished the property was cleaner than when they started. I have a fairly large property and I chose two different colors for the house and trim, and a third color for driveway gate and side fences. The job turned out spectacular. I now have the best looking house on the block. We did a walk around when they were finished and I found a few minor imperfections that they fixed with no attitude. being a perfectionist, the next day I found a few more items I wanted redone, and they came out promptly and fixed them. The third day I found a few more (Did I mention I am a perfectionist?) and they were fixed immediately. I have several businesses and I am constantly having handymen, contractors, plumbers, and painters attending to our needs. I could only wish they would all be as professional and reliable as Jason and his team.

They did an adequate job but it was way overpriced for services received, and they did not complete their work.

Windows installed with no problems. They look great. Will use these guys again to do the rest of the house at a later date.

The service provider was going to charge additional costs due to extra services. I found another provider that was cheaper and already have got the paint job done.
