They came on time. They did the job. They cleaned up. The owner of the company put in an appearance to make sure all was running smoothly. The window quality seems fine. The special Angie's list discount deal saved me as much as $1500.

Jared arrived right on time for his appointment. He explained everything that would be done and why it was needed. We discussed the best date for the project and how long the job would take. The crew arrived on time each day and were very careful to clean up everything before they left each day. They crew obviously knew exactly what to do and did a very professional job. I chose a color and it looks amazing. The job took 3 days to complete. I am ecstatic about the finished product. I definitely will use Approved Contractors for any job I may need in the future. I received a Certificate of Rain Shield Plus warranty that is good for as long as I own my home.

my husband and I are moving into a new home and we wanted to replace the windows the house had before we moved in we had heard great things about Approved Contractors so we decided to give them a try. They didn't disappoint they worked hard and they were polite the finishing job was perfect and the price was very reasonable. Thanks a lot Approved Contractors.

They did the job. They did what they said they would do, but I would not buy windows from them again. The windows that they put in on the inside and on the outside have a lot of little ledges and those are just dust collectors. Their price was also high. I would just never recommend them not because they didn't do the job or because their service was bad. But because once the windows were in, I realized after looking at the other windows in my complex that I over paid and the windows on the inside and outside have ledges on them and they are just dust collectors.

I purchased a big deal for this service. I decided not to get the windows that I paid for. It was just more than I wanted to pay. They just looked around, they fix windows. I told them I was interested in changing out and they gave me an estimate on how much it would cost. I didn't have them do any work for me, I just didn't want to pay that much.

Everything went very smooth. Jared and the entire crew of Approved Contractor were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, my new windows look great!

The two workmen came on time. They worked diligently like they knew what they were doing. One major issue that came up was that when I went to use my stove, it would not work. I had work done on it a month prior, so I figured that was the problem. My neighbor suggested I contact the Gas Company. The Gas Company came and determined that the earthquake valve had been turned, which turned off the gas. The gardeners were there earlier, but they have been coming for two years, and this never happened. One of the two workmen from Approved Contractor was working in the area by the gas shutoff, and he most likely did something. The windows do look great, so I cannot really complain about the quality of the work.

Jared was very professional and very punctual. He went out of his way to work with me to find a date for installation that was convenient for my schedule. Jose and his brother were also very professional and polite. The process was relatively easy and painless. The windows look very nice.

It was started on time, but we had a slight delay due to the high winds in my area. But they got back on the job a few days later after the winds were over and the holiday passed. Jesus and the crew were great to work with, and took great pride in what they did. They were willing to address any concerns I had about my patio cover and window canopies that were attached to my home. My stucco was actually in good shape but the trim needed repainting as usual on a tract home at 15 years old. They cleaned up when the job was finished, and left me the excess paint upon me asking, which I appreciated. Jared made out a contract with me and his crew stuck to it, which made my life easier. Boy a company that actually stuck to what they promised, what a novel concept. To Jared and his crew, thanks so much for the great job and your respect.

Windows were installed satisfactorily. However, the blinds were not put back on the windows correctly. I called him and he said they'd contact me and come out but it was never done and I never heard from them since.

Jared the owner and Jose his installer were very professional, punctual and very responsive. Jared came out and provided us a quote on the spot and was very patient when answering all of our questions and concerns with getting retrofit windows over new construction windows. He always responded to emails within minutes no matter what time of the day it was. Jose and his brother installed all 14 windows and 2 patio doors in 2 days. They were on time, friendly, quiet and very clean. We have had the windows for about a month now and so far we love them. They look really nice, they cut out a lot of the street noise and keep the house cool during the day and warm at night.

Great experience, I would highly recommend them. The initial start date was delayed because of the heavy rains, but they kept us informed of when they would be onsite any time there was additional rain.

I got 3 different bids all are within the same range with some are on the higher end. I then got a quote from Jared - at first i wasnt sure because he's much younger than i anticipated. However, he is aggressive and wants the business and able to beat the other bidders for the same product brand and type! I decided to go with him. His crew came in as per scheduled, did the installation for 2 days, and cleaned up after that. We're very happy with the result, quality and professionalism that Jared provides.

It started off well and quickly went down hill. Jared started off very professional, but a different Jared showed up after we signed contract with him. He is arrogant, that I can deal with, but the quality was very disappointing. Paint smear, paint drip, areas that missed paint, and windows that never should have been painted - was painted.

Did NOT go, was a BIG disappointment. At least my money got refunded, albeit it took a liltle time to do it. They have gone in and changed the deal explanation in the record, which is pretty creepy, but here is the ORIGINAL text of the deal I purchased... I even called Angies BEFORE I bought, and I was told a TOTAL of $249 for up to EIGHT windows. NOT 50% off of an $11K job, or even $249 PER window. NO, I was told the deal was $249 for EIGHT windows! This installation was professional all the way. This homeowner was impressed with the speed and attention to details as they completed the project. They were not required to, but they reinstalled a small air conditioner in a bedroom after the windows went in. At the end of installation materials were cleaned up around the working area, leaving my home as it was before they arrived, and even better loooking because of the new windows! I highly recommend Approved Contractor...Jared was helpful with many of the details of the installation, and also provided a discount on the permits, which are required to receive rebates from LADWP. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

It went about as smooth as you would hope. The contractor came out personally and measured the window openings, calculated a price that we agreed upon. He then said it would be about 3 weeks for ordering and also sent the installer over to double check his measurements to make sure he had it correct. The windows came in about 3 weeks later as expected we set a time and date to install. They showed up on time and inside of about 2 to 3 hours the old windows were out and loaded on their truck and the new windows were installed quick and clean. I would recommend this company.
