Jared who is the owner of the company was very responsive, transparent and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done, different frames/window types and options for the job. I never felt like I was getting upsold (which can happen with Angieslist deals sometimes) and the windows that were eventually installed were of a good quality and exactly as described. There were a couple of delays because of rain but Jared was all over rescheduling times and getting the job done. On the day of the job the workers did a clean job and were done in a reasonable amount of time. There were a couple of minor cosmetic issues which I discussed with Jared that he has offered to fix, but they are so minor that I have not taken him up on it yet. Would not hesitate to use his company again.

My husband and I just bought a home and we wanted to change out these old windows the house had so we called these guys do to their reviews. They replaced the old windows with 5 brand new beautiful windows and their service was excellent thank you Approved Contractor Inc.

Every interaction with Approved Contractors was excellent. Jared showed up for our initial bid on time and with great enthusiasm and professionalism. The windows to be replaced were measured at least three times on three different occasions, so that there was absolutely no chance of error when ordering and installing. The installation was done in two parts by Jarod's exceptional crew, and they were always on time, friendly, professional, clean and polite. I felt informed at every step of the process and the final results are stellar. I would use Jared and his team again in a heartbeat! I will be recommending him and his team to anyone i know who is looking to replace their windows!

Jared and his crew are great, hands down. The job we were looking for isn't particularly difficult, and we knew exactly what we wanted, it just needed a contractor who had the patience and vision to do the job right. In particular, the stucco around the house had significant cracking, and we needed a paint job that would not only fix those cracks but also prevent them from showing up in the future. I learned that elastomeric coating was the way to go, and I met with a handful of contractors that provided this type of exterior coating. During the initial inspection, Jared took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and understood the detailed fixes on the stucco I envisioned. In addition to the cracks, the stucco had numerous imperfections from a prior contractor. Jared understood what I wanted to get done and described what he would do to get the stucco repairs right. When the job started, his crew showed up on time and were very professional. Ismael and Jose, the two brothers, were always polite and addressed any questions I had. I'm a hand-on guy and so I sometimes asked the guys to do little details here and there, and they always accomodated. They not only repaired the cracks, they also straightened the stucco edges along the walls and windows, which I had asked them to do but didn't know how this would turn out. Well, the stucco repairs turned out beautifully, and it truly was the patience and diligence of the crew that made it happen. After the completion of the job, and I had made full payment, I discovered some touch up areas that needed some work and Jared was very responsive and came back to complete that work, no questions asked. That's a true professional and someone who stands behind his work. The house looks fantastic, thanks to Jared and his team. If you're looking for someone who takes the time to listen and understands your needs, Approved Contractor are the guys for you. Their price was in the middle of the pack, and I'm perfectly fine paying that to get the actual result I'm looking for.

First we had our sliding patio door and track replaced. We love the door, excellent quality and because of the raised track, we're hoping rain won't leak into our house like our original one. The glass is heavy duty, and best of all we don't have to wrestle with the door to close it shut and lock it. Shortly after, we had Approved Contractor power wash, patch and paint 3 quarters of the exterior of our house, matching the color to the front of the house. It looks so nice and bright. They did an excellent job on both the sliding door and the paint job.

Outstanding experience with Jared and his team. Incredibly professional and courteous crew. Attention was paid to every small detail. Top quality workmanship at a fair price. I've worked with other contractors on other home improvement projects in the past. Jared and his team sit well above the rest in all categories. Not one issue. Be prepared to get in his queue. Because of how Jared runs his business - he's got many jobs lined up back-to-back. But - from our experience - the payoff was well worth the wait.

The entire process was very smooth and professional. The first visit explained the how the installation would go, how long and the total cost. Initial measurements were taken and the order was written up. The second visit (a day or two later) was by the installer who measured again and confirmed the information and sent the order for making the windows. 3-4 weeks later the windows were finished and they were installed very quickly. No problems and very little disruption to the household. All in all we were very pleased with the job and the windows. Would definitely use them again.

We contracted for installation in about 4 weeks from his visit. They showed up to install exactly 4 weeks later. Did a very good job, cleaned up everything. They were very quick in installation. The windows are great and we are already seeing the difference in the comfort of the home. Would recommend them highly

Jared & his associate were punctual & confirmed their estimate appointment. They arrived & walked me through all of the window options along with pros and cons (all of which was consistent with my online research). They were very straightforward with the cost estimates & how much was going to labor vs. materials. When I asked about including a front door in the estimate, they quickly advised that I buy a pre-hung door from a hardware store & go through them for installation (this saved me many hundreds of dollars). The follow up measurements were taken within a few days of signing the contract. The windows were ordered & installed within 4 weeks. Jared was very responsive to all of my questions throughout the process. The window installation took one day & the door took a few hours on the next day. The crew was fast, clean & very efficient. The windows have already made a difference both aesthetically & in energy efficiency. Overall this was an excellent experience with top notch customer service.

I had my windows replaced and used the Angie's list deal - which was fantastic! Quality product and workmanship! Great price! The whole experience from start to finish was great. I was completely impressed with how punctual both Jared and the team were. Jose and Henry were on time, super hard working, fast but did a great job. I highly recommend them. These guys were very good they replaced 4 energy efficient windows for us. The guys were professionals cleaned up for themselves and the windows look real nice thanks for the good work.

Jerod arrived promptly for his appointed time to give an estimate. He gave a clear and easy to understand description of the work he will provide.There is no high pressure sale tactic used.He explained in detail,itemized each Items and how much it cost and timeline for each step.No surprise add on cost later. His 2 painters Dominic and Lola are very professional.They did an excellent job.They were careful with my small patch of shrubs,covered my windows,entry and patio.They patch all the cracks ,stripped the fascia of old paint,removed the downspout. The texture coat is beautiful,my old house looks new again.They left the jobsite clean.I am glad I hired them. I will call Jerod again for my next project.I will highly recommend him to my friends.

Jared Green, the owner came to our house, gave us an estimate and sold us on the type of windows he uses and that he covers his workers with workers comp. We decide to go with him. A month after we signed the contract, Jose Albarran and two other workers came to my house and replaced my old wood windows with the retrofit vinyl ones. They worked for a day and a half. I am giving Approved Contractors a C because they did not finish the job. In three rooms of the house AC did not replace the thin inner wood panels between 2 windows so what you see are new windows mixed with the old wood. I believe this is unacceptable. When I asked Jared to fix the problem, he responded that we could pay him more to either sand down and paint the wood panels or cover it with a strip of thin molding. If Jared had told me to anticipate this from the beginning I would have factored it into the cost of replacing the windows. He said that he assumed I would know that I would need to take care of it. I don't know how I would have known as I have never had windows replaced in an old house. I wonder if Jared doesn't have enough experience with old houses and he himself did not anticipate the problem. Also Jared never came to inspect the work after it was done. I don't know if other contractors do this, but I was surprised that for a job this expensive, he did not come to verify that the work had been done well.

there was a lot of miscommunication since i dealt with three people. i should have stuck with working only with the CEO. the crew accidentally broke a glass which delayed the finished installation date. also, they were over an hour late to the installation appointment and didn't call. they also left a little mess (not too much). otherwise, great products and a decent price.

Our house and detached garage needed major stucco, paint and a new Stack Stone facade work done along with a new front and side door and a pair of windows for two rooms. Our home is almost 60 years old and was in dire need of exterior work. Due to having almost universally bad experiences with various contractors in the past, my husband and I took almost 3 months interviewing various contractors and getting bids before settling on Approved Contractors. We weren't looking for lowball bids, just a contractor that would do good work at a fair price and in a timely fashion. The bids ranged from as low as $5k up to $25k+. Approved Contractors came in about $13k with the caveat we bought the Stack Stone material and the new doors/framing on our own which was an additional $4k. They provided all other materials (stucco, paint, etc). Once the project date was set about 6 weeks after we inked the contract, we dealt mostly with the manager Justin who was very responsive via e-mail or phone. If I had any questions, such as a day or two which it rained and when work could resume, he returned my call or e-mail within the same day, usually within an hour or two. Jesus was the on-site crew manager for the majority of the exterior work and was very friendly and accommodating to any questions or issues we brought up (such as we changed the color of one part of the front as they started painting it!). One particular issue I had was during the week much of the work was done, it was extremely hot in the house and we had to move a large AC unit frequently to disconnect and re-connnect before and after exterior work was done during the day and the crew helped me move the huge unit in and out of it's housing so my family had AC in the evening. The doors and windows were installed in one day about a week before the exterior was started. The work on the house exterior was started on the agreed upon day and the crew was always the as-needed number of workers. No one or two guys dragging out the job for weeks - in fact, they finished a couple days ahead of schedule despite a two day rain interruption. When the front exterior wall and planters were torn out, it was discovered that there was no insulation in the walls which was addressed during the same day for a very reasonable and prior approved add-on price. Walls were pressure blasted and any significant cracks, etc were pointed out to me and what kind of work was required to patch and fix them. The quality of work was excellent and exactly what we wanted. Great care was taken with keeping the grounds clean during and after a day's work. As noted, they actually finished the project in two week's time (including working a Saturday) *under* the estimated time frame for completion. Like many people, I'm more motivated to write and complain about a bad experience with a business, but my positive experience with Approved Contractors was so strikingly good, I feel compelled to take the time to note what a great experience getting my house done with these people has been.

Start to finish, it was great. He came in 15% below another A-rated Angie's List company. He did the work on time, and did it very well. The house looks GREAT now. Also, after finalizing the contract, we learned that two of the windows would need to be casement style, because of building code. The casement style windows are more expensive than the ones we had planned to use, and the company gave them to us at no additional cost! Really amazing. Thank you.

We were very pleased with Jared and Approved Contractors. Jared came out and explained the options without trying to up-sell us on unneeded features. His pitch was not pressured and was more informative than the other estimates that we received. The quoted price was comparable to other estimates that we received. We went with Approved Contractors because we were confident that the work would be performed honestly and professionally. We were not disappointed. When the windows arrived, we were given an installation date and time (a two-day span). The installers were on-time and courteous. They knew what they were doing and were quite careful to clean up after they completed their work. Our experience using Approved Contractors for our windows was very good. I can recommend them highly.

Removal & replacement of windows went very well. The 2 man crew was very professional. With the Angie's List deal, windows were good deal.

They did a great job, punctual, price covered everything. They worked on the exterior of the house for 5 days. and everyday they had a full crew that knew what needed to be done. By the last day, everything looked perfect. I have referred y neighbors to reach out to them they were so impressed by the job they did.

I had tenants leave our rental in the middle of May and I was h*** bent on not losing a whole month of revenue so I quickly found 5 different companies on AL and met with them all. Jared stood out as prompt, professional and well-priced. While I wasn't in the market for elastomeric paint, as Jared and I talked over options it really seemed like the best move for me. Approved had competitive pricing on regular painting and the best deal (inc. interest free financing) by far on elastomeric. I was traveling on business while the job was being performed, dreading a complication or other issue. Jared rocked it without any fuss. I came back to a perfectly painted home and rented the property right on time.

rThey show up on time for the free estimation. They explain to me whats need to be done clearly, plain English, word to word, no specific terms that I do not understand or try to sell hard for their services. They are very open about if I want to get more quotes. . They are very knowledgeable and also specialist of the exterior painting, this is the contractor you want for a specific job. I will definitely consider their services after I come up with the money, Their price is acceptable and also very close to my estimation, but there are more urgent matters around the house need to be fixed before we move in. I definitely will call them back when I am ready for the job.

We used Approved Contractor. They were 'A's all the way across the board on the grading scale except for price. We got their deal but I know that they are mid like for price so it probably will be a 'B' for price. They communicated well and they were timely. I would definitely consider using their services in the future.

They were a little late arriving to our house they said they had caught traffic so we understood that it happens. They were very polite and always looked focused in the job not on other things. They replaced 6 our windows at a good price the guys worked well together and never seemed to have trouble with anything. After the job was done we had seen that they picked up themselves not leaving any sorts of trash anywhere. The windows look great we know now that these guys are excellent at what they do for a living we'll recommend them to our family and friends for a fact.
