This company was the worse company I have ever used. What I find interesting is that my experience is the same as others, dating back years ago. They falsely diagnosed the freezer, did something to the panel and now my fridge is completely out. I called to question their diagnosis and the owner was rude, nasty, condescending, I had to stop him and ask him if he was okay. He sounded crazy and was so disrespectful. He refused to explain his diagnosis which didn’t make sense and he appeared to be offended that I wanted him to clarify his diagnosis. So he thought he was going to speak down to me. I stayed calm and expressed to him that he needed to explain his diagnosis and then he hung up in my face and refused to answer the phone. I had to report him to the warranty company and they are sending someone else out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unqualified and unprofessional. I would have given them negative stars if it was allowed.

The man who came out was rude, dismissive, not helpful, and condescending like I have never seen in current times. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who was supposed to take care of my problem. I have also never written such a poor review but this company has earned it. Part of the problem may have been that the company took so long to come, I had another company come out to give me an opinion too since they could not come out for 5 days. Unfortunately the other company left the main panel off in the apartment and this left option for this gentleman to blame everything on everything else. His diagnosis of the problem he explained was also exagerated and falsely represented the problem. He said the unit was full of water because a glass cover was missing. The unit had to dry out before he could even look at the wiring and this would take several days. After the man was so runde, I called the warranttee company and had another company come look at it since his way would take another week to fix minimum. The second company came out, diagnosed what they thought needed to be done and the next day they came out and cleaned the unit and fixed the wiring. What the first company told me was not truly as the man represented. There was no missind external cover. The unit had a little water in it but this was not anywhere near as bad as the first company made it sound. Comfort Air fixed it with no hastle and no attitude. I don't know how all Valley will stay in business. Don't use them.
Description of Work: This company came out and fixed our air unit. The new thermostat wasn't responding. I was fixed but then the unit stopped pushing air out some weeks later. they didn't have an opening for several days in the coldest week of the year but since they had done the original work, I wánted them to fix the problem. In the end, he couldn't tell me exactly what was wrong. More in next section explained.

Description of Work: Igor arrived with into his allotted window. He was friendly and quickly fixed my washer (it wouldn't) drain. The filter was completely packed with debris...I didn't even know washers had a filter! He showed me how to clean the filter at the bottom of the machine myself and recommended a product online that would help keep it clean.

They were good about calling me back to set up an appointment, promptly returning my call when I first contacted them. Since then, it's been downhill. The service rep arrived an hour after their 3 hour long window -- blamed traffic. It turns out that he didn't have the part he needed (despite being told exactly what the problem was over the phone and what model dishwasher I had). Told me it would arrive in about a week. The service call was covered by a home warranty plan, so the technician insisted I pay my portion now instead of waiting until after the job was actually complete. That was annoying, but fair under the terms of my home warranty. I got a call the next day from my home warranty company approving the repair and confirming that the repair should be completed in 3-5 days. After 2 weeks, I hadn't heard back from All Valley. I called and the phone representative looked up my info and told me his supervisor would have to call me back. No call. I called back again the next day and a different person told me my part would be in later that day and she would call me back. No call. I called back again the next day and the rep repeated that his supervisor would have to call me back, but this time he promised it would be within 30 minutes. That turned out to be true, but now the part won't be in for another week.
