We appreciate your review and apologize that I did not respond in a timely fashion but please know our delayed response is not how we normally operate nor is it not without reason. Mike and I own, operate and live for our business and our customers and are normally very accessible, but one week during our slowest month in the heat of the summer and when our employees children are on vacation from school we and our employees take a one-week vacation. During this time I check messages regularly and return calls, but unbeknownst to me there was a stretch of days while we were touring in Arizona that we did not have cell service or internet access and were not able to access our messages. You happened to call during this time period. I didn't realize you waited 5 days. My notes are a little different, but I trust you are correct because I was very stressed about not being able to check messages and could have easily made a mistake in my note taking. I returned your call as soon as I could but not soon enough to satisfy you and for that I am very sorry. Quite honestly, in this day and age when we are all so connected, I never thought cell phone service would be an issue or I would have handled our calls over those few days of our vacation differently.
