I was pleased with the entire experience. Arrived on time. workers were all very professional - they cleaned up after themselves and the new windows look great. I will hire them again.

The wood frame had rotted from years of exposure to sprinkler. They arrived at the scheduled time and the 2 workman proceeded to remove the old window and installed the new vinyl framed window in a efficient and professional manner. They removed all debris from the removal and vacuumed the carpet. I only noted after they left that there were a couple of smudges on the window which were not easily removed (and have yet to be removed). I was a little disappointed that it not until I agreed to the work that a few conditions were noted that were not mentioned before, namely, that the contract did not include a permit, painting or alarm. When I called to make an appointment for an estimate, I mentioned, that I had found them on Angies List. When the estimate was given, I inquired about the coupon discount. I was told that the price included the discount. I am not sure that it did as no specific information was given (and I had not requested). Since the price was about the same as one estimate and less than another, I felt the price was acceptable. I did appreciate that they could schedule replacement of the window in only a few days instead of the several weeks of the other estimates.

Started with an estimate. Their bid was not the lowest, but the next closest bid was from a firm that worked primarily in Orange County, and we live in the San Fernando Valley. The appointment for the estimate was scheduled within days of my call, and the representative was on time for the appointment. He took initial measurements and e-mailed me an estimate in 2 days. After accepting their quote, we scheduled installation within a week. On the day of installation, 4 guys showed up (about an hour late, but they did call to say they were running late) to demolish and replace the windows. They arrived about 9AM and finished the job around 6PM. They did a thorough job of cleaning up afer they were done, and the finished product met our expectations.

They finished up the beginning of July because there was some repair that needed to be done to the wall. The people were very friendly to deal with. When there were problems, they did fix them. There were definitely problems with the installation. They did fix the wall. I had nothing to compare the price to. It was a little higher than what I had put in before a few years ago. The quality of the product was good. They did fix it but I did have to ask them to come and look at it. They did come when they said they would. The installer didn't do a professional job from the beginning.

They were phenomenal! They came out and gave me a really good price and explained the service. They also recommended windows for my home and showed me some samples. I appreciated that they sold high-quality, reputable windows, and did not try to sell me window brands I had never heard of. They were not pushy in their sales pitch, which was another reason why I liked working with them. Of all of the quotes I received, they gave me the best price. They were very professional and responsive. One day they were running late for an appointment, however they did call to let me know they were running behind. They did get all of the windows installed on time. They cleaned up well and they were not intrusive working in my home. They worked with me as I needed to move my cat from room to room as they did the installation. They work like a well-oiled machine. I was amazed at how quickly they completed the project!

They were fast, the windows look great, and have responded quickly when I needed help. They had the best prices, and did all the work in 1 day! The windows look amazing, and since they are tempered, they are strong for the high winds, and since we are in a high-fire severity area on a mountainside, our home is a bit safer! Our house is built with very thick stucco, asphalt, and plaster walls, and once these windows were added, the outside sound is blocked by about 95%. If the neighbors rooster or turkeys start crowing (!) we shut the windows and they magically go away!

Everything was great. From the bid, to the measuring, to the installation, it went really well.

Absolutely wonderful! I tend to be a slow decision maker, especially on big purchases, and Mike was incredibly patient. He was very knowledgeable, upfront and honest about everything - the process, what to expect, price, discounts, etc. He was genuinely interested in what would work best for our house and budget and didn't try to upsell us. His crew was just as wonderful - friendly, professional, effecient, and competent. They arrived on time, got right to work, and even finshed a little early. I wish they did more than just windows and doors because I would use them over and over again. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

It was a great price. They went in and explained my options, how everything would go, and what they would do. I took in measurements and they gave me a ballpark price on the spot. It was right on. They told me how long it would take to order the windows. They pushed really hard to get it done before I left for vacation. They got it done in one day, and they were great.

In a word, excellent! They set the bar very high. I've worked with a number of contractors and subs over the years. Boy, do I wish they were this easy to work with... thorough product knowledge, detailed recommendations, and most importantly, a beautiful installation. Will definitely work with this team on future remodeling projects, specifically, front & interior door replacements.

My overall experience of working with them was good. The prices were reasonable. They were on time. The windows were delivered on time. I was very happy with the quality of their work.

They refused to come out. We were told they won't service the Santa Clarita area unless it is a big job. (We need a single side double-door installed). So we've gone with another company, also located in Canoga Park, willing to come out. (Shrug of shoulders) Whatever.

My husband and I had gotten a number of quotes and Ernie's quote at Aggressive was very competetive. More importantly, Ernie was prompt, well-informed, friendly, and very organized. Any question he didn't know, he made sure to get the correct answer and get back to me quickly.....unlike other companies who didn't bother looking into things and gave misinformation (regarding rebates, STC ratings, costs, etc). There is no hard selling and they didn't try to make me upgrade things. The invoices were clear and detailed so you knew exactly what you paid for the product and the labor (other companies hid this). Paperwork for rebates was instant upon window delivery. The actual delivery and instal went SO smoothly....even with our nosey neighbors harassing them. The team was clean, punctual, quick, and did a great job. Very satisfied.

It was fabulous. The guy was really good. He gave me feedback on what my project needs. I did not end up using him but he is very informative. It was a free estimate. He was very prompt and come out to do the estimate the next morning. He was very professional and came on time. He was very honest. I really appreciated his professional advice. My project had other aspect that didn't fit his expertise. He wasn't the best fit for the project and he acknowledged it himself. His name was Mike and he is one of the owners.

Great experience! Ernie was knowledgeable. No hard sell. Spent the time explaining the different options. Adam and crew came on time, finished in a day. It was a very stress free experience! Would use them again in a heartbeat. Hoping to replace doors with them when we can.

We first spoke with Mike Fusoli when we were considering purchasing our house in February, 2008 (we needed a window estimate in connection with making our counter-offer). He came out to the house and promptly responded with the amount. We ended up buying the house but got busy and didn't end up following up until August at which time we went to the showroom and he came to the house again. He was always very prompt with returning phone calls and emails, very friendly and not at all pushy. He also didn't try to oversell at all - he genuinely seemed like he wanted to figure out what would work best for us. The order came in in exactly the time frame he had told us and on the day of the installation everyone showed up on time and did a great job. They were professional and knowledgeable, and they cleaned up after everything when they were finished. The windows look great. Overall, a very positive experience thanks to Mike. Would absolutely recommend.

I received estimates from 7 different companies. Ernie the sales rep came out promptly, I immediately received the estimate and there was no hard sell which I had experienced from other companies. They made recommendations and thoroughly explained everything when I was unsure about something which helped me feel good about the decisions I made. Ernie was always quick to respond to and always followed up with any questions or issues that came up. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

Couldn't be happier. The window business is rather confusing and we had several estimates from sales reps. None of that with Nathan. He came, measured and gave us an estimate that beat the rest. No middle man. The windows were installed in two weeks. His crew was excellent. They did the job in less than three hours.
