Gilbert send me a contract we agreed on the scope of work and price, we even met at the site to start the work and without any reason Gilbert quit the job.. He later stated he wanted more money and I asked him for the revised agreement and then once again without explanation he just bailed.. Gilbert is a very poor contractor with even worse communication skills he doesn't not follow through nor does he keep his word.. He uses only people he can control he's a very bad contractor and you should avoid him at all cost

After returning home from a Christmas vacation, I found severe water stains on my ceilings. That hard rain we had here in Los Angeles made getting a new roof a priority for me. I looked at several contractors and chose AG Home Solutions (they were not the cheapest) because I felt I would get good service from them. And indeed I did! After working out the details with Gilbert Tzep, the owner, we set a date to start. I have an Airbnb so I had to block time off for the work to be done. Gilbert's crews showed up on time and got straight to work. Each phase of the job was handled by different crews (with some overlap) and everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, cordial, with great attention to detail. As I said I have an Airbnb so the whole of my house and garden is important to look good for my business. They listened to my concerns and were very respectful. But beyond looking good, the work done was excellent! In some instances they were downright fastidious in making sure the job was well done, not only to my satisfaction, but for the inspector as well. AG Home Solutions did a complete and thorough job! It was quite something to see them vacuum out the old insulation so they could put down new! Every phase of putting on the new roof was handled with great care. I had them use redwood when they needed to replace old wood. They repaired everything that needed it and then painted the new to match. My new roof looks fabulous! It is Owens Corning and comes with a 50 year warranty. It doesn't get better than that! Yes, we had a couple of issues along the way, what job doesn't? but how they were resolved is key. AG Home Solutions always worked it out so that I was happy and comfortable with the outcome. Leo a manager too (also very knowledgeable) was very instrumental in insuring that everything went smoothly and was a delight to work with. Thank you AG!

The worker asked for a deposit of $150.00 toward the termite work, and the following day demanded an additional $4,000.00 before beginning the work. I paid $5,500.00 for the work altogether. The company has failed to respond to my repeated requests for their promised written report and warranty of what work was done, including what chemicals were applied, and where, in the treatment process. In addition, the work was noticeably coming apart as early as August. There are other negative reviews posted about this company, and I don't see how Angi can continue to recommend AG Home Solutions, Inc.

I need to correct a previous review I wrote. I said that the technician had lied and was trying to scam me. This old lady humbly apologizes. He was correct when he said there was a leak under my house with food that was attracting rats. I have apologized to him. I also want Angie's List to retract my previous review.

The technician was only interested in selling me a new furnace. I had another company repair the furnace in a few hours at a fraction of the cost of a new furnace.

I had Gilbert come to my house first to give me an estimate and then since he was a a pleasure to talk to we agreed to have them come and do the installation they are very punctual and very nice and professional I would recommend Ag home solutions to my family and friends

I live with my parents, three days ago the air-conditioning didn’t work because it was old. We called AG Home Solutions, Gilbert came to our house to give us an estimate to replace our unit and we are really happy because he gave us a really good price on the new unit. We have received different estimates before but he has one of the best prices and we decide to go with him. They did a really good job and were very professional in doing HVAC. We are really happy with the outcome and 10 out of 10 recommend.

Technician arrived on time and was courteous. He tested the outside AC unit and found that the refrigerant was low and needed recharging. The problem arose when he said that my unit needs R22 refrigerant and that R22 was discontinued. He said that he could recharge it with R410 refrigerant for about $400 but it was not guaranteed and would last at most 2 years. He suggested a new unit at a cost of $2200. After he left I went up to look at the unit and it clearly reads on the unit itself that it takes R410 / 37.7 ozs. Either the tech is completely incompetent or he was trying to deceive me to sell a whole new unit that was not necessary. I'm disappointed in his company (of which he is a partner) and also that Angieslist steered me so wrong.

Called AG home solutions and all went grate the tech came out and took a look at system and gave us a quote for the repair and then after we agreed the repair was very fast and easy I love their work and their speed I would recommend to all my friends and family thank you AG

I HAD FIVE (5) FURNACE PEOPLE COME TO MY HOUSE. FOUR OF THEM SAID, "YOUR FURNACE IS TOO OLD TO REPAIR...YOU NEED A COMPLETELY NEW FURNACE AT AN AVERAGE PRICE OF $2400." SO I ASKED THEM "WHAT PART IS NOT WORKING ON THIS FURNACE?" THE FIRST FOUR SAID SOMETHING LIKE..."I DON'T KNOW...CAN'T FIND THE PART THAT'S MAKING YOUR FURNACE CYCLE ON AND OFF OVER AND OVER."...OR WORDS TO THAT EFFECT. THE REP FROM AG OFFERED TO PUT IN A NEW FURNACE...BUT.....HE ALSO CHECKED THE PARTS OF MY PRESENT FURNACE AND INFORMED ME..."IF YOU WANT TO REPAIR THIS FURNACE IT IS THIS PART HERE."....AND HE SHOWED ME THE PART THAT WAS CAUSING THE PROBLEM...TURNED OUT TO BE A SMALL "BOX" IN FRONT IN PLAIN SIGHT. ALDO WAS THE FIRST REPAIR PERSON OUT OF THE PREVIOUS 5 WHO ACTUALLY OFFERED TO INFORM ME WHAT WAS WRONG...!!! SO I ASKED HIM TO BUY THE PART AND INSTALL IT..WHICH HE DID...AND THIS CAUSED MY FURNACE TO OPERATE "ALMOST LIKE NEW". I APPRECIATED ALDO'S HONESTY...TO ACTUALLY TELL ME WHAT PART WAS NEEDED...AND TO INSTALL THE PART FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. SO BEWARE....CALL ALDO....AN HONEST GUY WHO WILL GIVE YOU A CHOICE....TO REPAIR OR BUY A NEW FURNACE.....UNLIKE THE DISHONEST MAJORITY OF PEOPLE YOU'LL CALL WHO WILL LIE TO YOU THAT "I CAN'T FIND WHAT'S WRONG...YOU MUST BUY A COMPLETELY NEW FURNACE AT A COST OF $2300 OR MORE." I had an air conditioner 4Ton Goodman and new furnace Aldo and Gilbert were really professional with the installation very punctual I love my air conditioner it work grate haven’t had any problems and the price was affordable to us I would recommend Ag home solutions for ac installation

They were good. Very good. Hector was a good communicator. He seemed very knowledgeable about air conditioning. They were fair for the price. The crews were respectful and they were clean. They wore booties and plastic.

They kinda over priced and they said that they will do a certain work then turn down the service and charge me more.

I couldn't be more happier. They did the work on time as they promise. I love the air conditioning unit.
