I liked them very much. They kept everything in storage for me for a year and a half. They were excellent. They were relatively inexpensive in terms of moving companies. However, they only provide transportation and you have to pack and load the belongings yourself.

They were extremely helpful in our move. They were prompt. Everything about them was extremely professional. They are a really well organized group.

I have used them twice. They were Awesome both times. They drop you a trailer and it includes a large ramp and a bulkhead to secure your stuff after you are done. The trailer is 28' although do not think a rental truck that is 26' is the same thing. This is a semi-trailer. It is taller and wider and longer and is approximately 1/2 again larger in size than the largest 26' rental truck. They give you 3 business days to load it and don't count the weekend. They promptly drop it off and pick it up, they have hubs all over the USA and will take it to one of them near your move until you call for the stuff and after they deliver it you have another 3 business days to unload it and call for a pickup. They are EXTREMELY COURTEOUS. And you can call 24/7 anytime with questions and always get a operator to answer and have the answers. I cannot say enough good about them. They are the only Seriously Great Upack company in the USA in my knowledge. You can also have them load it and unload it for you if you need them to. But they primarily do UPACK..

I tried to find a traditional moving company for several weeks. I had to move from Charlotte, NC to Chino, Ca. I was stressing out because of all the horror stories. Decided to use ABF U pack and everything went perfect. Staff was polite, honest and professional from beginning to end. The move was stressfree.

We used ABF/U-Pack to move from Southern California to Colorado Springs, Colorado. They were very punctual in dropping off and picking up the trailer. In fact, we asked for more time then planned to finish packing the trailer, and they easily accommodated our needs at no extra charge. In Colorado, our trailer arrived as planned, and everything inside made the trip without any real damage, there were some minor scratches on our washer and dryer, but we had no one to blame but ourselves since we did the packing. We paid by the foot, but ended up using the entire trailer. The bulk head that you install after everything is packed keeps your things from shifting around and our things never were taken out of the truck and moved to another truck or mixed with other people's things as is done when you use a full service moving company. We would recommend ABF and would use them again if/when we move, which hopefully won't be for a very very long time.

It was really wonderful and is the 1/3 of the cost of a traditional moving company. They are very courteous and professional. They have 24hr customer service where they can tell you exactly where your belongings are at any time, which is really great.
