A TOUCH OF GLASS

Job consisted of installing four 4' x 8' rectangle and two 8' x 5' triangle dual glazed picture windows. It took them several days, but they did an exellent job and properly installed the framework around the windows. I have used them in the past and will use them in the future.

I dropped the table off and watched as they took the measurements. They called and e-mailed with the estimated cost and time, which I approved. Having not worked with them, they required a deposit but I elected to just pay outright in full. Glass was ready and table assembled for me a couple of days later. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results.

The fireplace glass broke upon first use. Perhaps it was not correctly heat treated.

It went very well. They were experienced and did their job. We are pleased with the result.

Our experience with A Touch Of Glass was wonderful. Loraine worked with me to custom design a gorgeous stained and leaded glass window that sets into our front entrance door. Every detail was considered from colors to sizes to textures to the overall style. Loraine is truly an artist. It was just installed and I tried to capture its beauty with some not-so-great photos! But hopefully you'll get the idea.

The company came by and looked at the door. Gave us an estimate and told us what it would take to fix the door and that there might be some painting we would need to do around the window seal of the door. They ordered the glass. When it came there was a slight flaw in the glass, which they pointed out. They ordered another piece of glass and came back by and installed it. They did a great job.

All pieces came as ordered. Perfect

Stopped by last minute to ask them to look at the trim around my son's car window that the dealer was going to charge me a fortune to fix. It was almost closing time and the owner came out and did it himself...on the spot!! He said, "No charge." I made my son give him a $20 tip...which he refused...and we insisted. The trim is still affixed. We were so impressed that we brought back our two cars for new windshields. These were not insurance claims and we got an awesome price, great service, and a wonderful job. This is the type of service that people USE to get.

Went fine, but the bathroom window wasn't worth spending that kind of money on.

The person who did the service was very nice and helpful. After they were done I thought there were some scratches on the windows. I called them and they insisted that they hadn't done them. I didn't make a big issue of it. Since they were so expensive I don't think I'll hire them again.

The windows are beautiful, they look new and the glass matches exactly. Very good craftsmanship.

This was a major replacement job that was executed perfectly. I had called a company the manufacturer recommended (warranty was over after 15 years, but they were sold to me at cost). Their estimate was over $2,000 for installation!!! That's when I called Touch of Glass who did my bathroom (see other review). We agreed on a time and materials approach (I trust them that much). They sent 3 guys and they were done within 6 hours (like the manufacturer said). As usual, the guys had a great sense of humor (like the owners). What an excellent job!!!

Excellent execution. The framed mirrors fix perfectly, the medicine cabinets were excellent and the shower has worked perfectly (for two years). The guys were good to work with and they have a great sense of humor. I check around and their pricing was better than all the other tier 1 installers.

ALWAYS ON TIME AND EVERYTHING WAS INSTALLED ON THE EXACT DAY THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ON. THEY EVEN REPLACED THE MOLDING ON OUR WINDOWS WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS DETERIORATING.
