Wall Street Appraisal

I made the request through Angie's list, and they were non responsive and we never heard back from them at all. Not sure if the fault of their non responsiveness was because they are bad or lacking or if the Angie's list response system is not working. Either way we did not get the services we were requesting and needed and we had an expectation of a response, it is a sizeable contract.

Sami did a fabulous job for me. He evaluated and appraised my house, which I found to be very accurate when comparing it to other comparable properties. He suggested a sales strategy. When I let him know that I was unimpressed with the brokers I talked to, he offered to list and handle the sale. He managed it beautifully - listed it on the MLS, had 3 open houses and within 4 days had 120 people and 30 brokers through the house. I had 8 offers within 6 days. He was proactive in getting inspections so it closed quickly, and managed the details beautifully. As usual when dealing with an important financial matter I had my fingers crossed that I had chosen the right professional, but Sami did not disappoint !! -KM

The Wall Street Appraisal performed the following steps: ----My property was inspected completely ----Photos were taken from all direction, and to me, it looks like it was done by a professional photographer ----The appraisal report is very organized , clear and easy to read and follow --- The cost was very reasonable The report was email to me onetime and I can not ask for better service that this and I highly recommend the Wall Street Appraisal and Mr. Sami Sada was absolutely very helpful.

Being in construction myself for over 35 years, I learned to hire only professionals who have been in business for long time. Sam is experienced and delivers what is expected from him. He knows what he is doing , and also gives very good advice.

When we called, the appraiser, Mr. Samuel, first question was ?Why did we need an appraisal". He wanted to make sure we did need one, and it was not just for getting a loan. Then, while on the phone, he explained in details how he would go about the process, the time it takes, and how much he would charge. On the day of inspection, he showed up early, finished on time, and three days later we received the report in an Email. He called to make sure we did receive the email, and offered to mail us a hardcopy. After delivering the report, he made sure that we could contact him with any questions, if needed. Mr. Samuel takes his job very seriously, and practice with utmost professionalism.

The appraiser was completed in time and as scheduled. Mr. Sada appears to be very knowledgeable and experienced, as he explained to us what he would do, and what was involved. Along with his professionalism, his personality was amazing! His charismatic manner made the process so much easier. I actually enjoyed it so much that I know for a fact I will be using Mr. Sada again! And I am looking forward to the it. I highly recommend him to everyone and anyone who is buying/selling their properties and need a quick, easy, and fun appraiser!

After contacting Wall Street Realty , The appraiser showed up on time, and explained to me what he would do . He measured the house, took a lot of photos, and measurements. He was very professional in the way he handled the entire appraisal. He asked me if I want a hardcopy of the report or a PDF copy in my email. I requested both. Within 48 hours, the report was emailed to me, and he called me to confirm that a hardcopy was in the mail, and he asked me if I do not receive it in 3 days, I should call him. Sure enough, within two days, the hardcopy was received.

He was very professional, punctual and very well mannered. He delivered the appraisal on time and provided an undisputable market value.
