Description of Work: I had a bad experience with a recent install of hardwood flooring in my house so, I called Bob because my neighbor had recently used Bob for new hardwood flooring in his house. Bob pointed out what needed to be done and told me that his standards are much higher than what I had gone through. Bob took the time to go through all my options and helped me decide on what was best for my family. Bob was punctual and was easy to talk to. I will look forward to his estimate and work. I've seen a sample of his work at my neighbor's house in San Jose and was very impressed with his work product. Kiet

+ 0 moreSecond time I've used this company. Started a day earlier than scheduled, then had a delay causing the work to be finished a week later than scheduled. Had to match an existing entry flooring that they had installed in January 2001 (almost 7 years ago). First stain attempt didn't match, and they re-sanded and re-stained to get a good match. Beautiful new floor!
Description of Work: Hardwood flooring installation in living room & dining room (combination). Removed old carpet and base boards. Installed oak flooring, stained and sealed, with new base boards and flush register covers.
