Before John agreed to take the job, he spent a few minutes talking me through debugging the situation with my current disposal to make sure I didn't have a problem I could easily solve myself. Then, when I determined I did want the replace the unit, he also had advice to make sure I didn't overpay for the replacement. All of this discussion in advance showed me a high level of trustworthiness. In scheduling the work, he was able to find an appointment a week early than he had initially estimated, due to a cancellation. He showed up on time, did the work quickly, explained the ongoing maintenance we should perform, and left the place spotless. We found him very nice to deal with.

John did a great job troubleshooting the problems with our complicated faucets and came up with an inexpensive solution.

John's got really good plumbing knowledge. He also took the time to clean 20 year's of hard water stains around the old faucet plate before installing the new one, which I thought would never come out.

John was great. He was able to give me an appointment the next day. He arrived exactly on time. He went right to work and had everything done within an hour. Disposal is working well. I really appreciated John's competence, professionalism and pleasant manner.

I needed a plumber to come within 24 hours for a broken toilet. I left John a voicemail and he returned my call promptly and told me upfront that he could not perform the job I needed in the timeframe I needed. I would use him in the future based on his professionalism in returning my call even though he knew I would not be using him this time!

John called the day before to confirm the time of his arrival. He was able to arrive before the scheduled time to accommodate a change in my schedule. John was very knowledgeable of the work to be done. The job was accomplished efficiently and without delay. John is very personable and knows his business. He answered his phone, unlike all the other providers I called, and gave me a realistic estimate of when he would be coming by to look at the job. When he got here he examined the window and the unit and made measurements and informed me that he needed to get some supplies for the install. He gave me an estimate of how much it would cost, letting me know that the price of parts might vary slightly. He did the work and had me inspect the installation and answered questions that I had. He was fine with taking a check for the service and even followed up with me later (he to drop off a part anyway.) Great service and personable provider.

John is great to work with...He's honest and fair and good at what he does.

John did an excellent plumbing repair job for us. He gave us and estimate and explained what needed to be done. He arrived on-time and finished the job. I would definitely recommend him. I will use him again in the near future.

John was prompt, professional and clean. What I liked best was that he told me how he was going to overcome the several unexpected problems (nothing to do with his work) that arose with my project and not just informing me. That is rare and I appreciated it. I'd highly recommend him.

John arranged to meet with tenant and had to reschedule at tenant's request. After sizing up the situation, he called me for authorization to purchase materials, and before purchase informed me of the cost. On completion of the work, he called again with the final cost. The tenant confirmed that he was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable, but said that he could have cleaned up after the job a little better. My only other complaint is that $60/hr. is a bit steep for an unlicensed handyman, and he charged $20 for "Maintenance Fee" to cover transportation. He charged me for 4'20", a good portion of which was just picking up materials.

Th filter installation went very well. I showed him the installation videos and he was able follow them through without a hitch. The leaks in the bathroom were also fixed satisfactorily. He is helpful, patient and methodical in his work.

John charges trip charges plus his hourly rate and clock keeps running if he has go out to buy a part. I knew we had a leak and probably the faucet had to be replaced but was not sure if that was the only problem. We got the faucet and made an appointment with John to come out. He came out and replaced most of the faucet and realized that the top part was broken and could not finish the work unless he could go and buy the top part. This was after he already went out once to buy some other valves for the kitchen sink. We had planned on that trip. I didn't want him to go out again to purchase the broken part as it was already rush hour and I didn't want to pay for another or so that would take him to go shopping again. I got the broken part and had him come to fix the faucet again. Faucet was fixed but there was a leak in some connection to the dishwasher. John thought it was the air gap and offered to go buy the part but I didn't want to spend any more money on him having to go out shopping again so I told him I will make another appointment after I get the part. We then called another gentleman we have worked in the past. He came and discovered that there was some gunk in the pipe that is connected to the disposal and the air gap did not need to be replaced.

Professional and knowledgeable. Everything was completed correctly.

It was a great experience working with John. He was very professional and was able to come by on the spot to do the job. He did not seem to dilly dally on the clock, got work done in an efficient manner and is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be working with John again.

John is a really nice guy. He is very knowledgeable about his trade. We had a kitchen faucet installed by him. There were a few hick ups in the the installation, some unforeseen (as in most plumbing projects) and some that could have been prevented. However, John took care of everything that we needed in a fair and professional manner. We would definitely hire him again and recommend him to our friends and family.

It went very well. John arrived promptly at the appointment time. He removed the old kitchen faucet and installed the new faucet that I had purchased, previously. The new faucet didn't work properly. He helped me return it to the store and find a replacement faucet, which he installed. He called at the end of the week to see if the faucet was working, or if I had any problems.
