Everything went fine.

They came out and replaced the thermostat and it still did not solve the problem. I called them again to try to get them to come out and they did not respond to me. I do not like this place. They did not fix the problem and it seemed to be a waste of money.

We loved the service this company gave us. They were professional, courteous, and made sure that everything was properly maintained. We also felt that they did an extensive job cleaning up. We will be using them again in the future.

The employees and owner were very friendly in the beginning. They did not install the new style wide register boots, but merely replaced the skinny ones that we already had. Thus the airflow was not right. Other companies said new boots would mean the new wide style. They finally installed large ones in one of the rooms. The workmen were messy and damaged the flooring and garden area. They left dirt spots. Scheduling was a disaster. We stayed home waiting for an inspector they forgot to schedule and they never notified us. That happened several times; they said a worker would come but they never showed up. We used several days of vacation waiting for nothing. Finally we contacted the national office and they sent a rep who got the work completed correctly. It dragged on forever.

IT WAS GREAT BECAUSE THEY CAME RIGHT OVER AND THEIR PRICE IS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, NICE AND FRIENDLY. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON REPAIRING IT!

They are a good company. They installed a real nice furnace and it's very efficient. They are professional. They were referred from a neighbor to me. I will refer them too. It really makes a difference in my heating bill.

They do good work but made a few mistakes. They took 1 1/2 weeks longer to complete because the system has a sealed boiler and the heater didn't fit properly as it was too big, so the company replaced it with a smaller unit. We were pretty happy with our experience as they did an ok job. I would probably try them again as they were not terrible.

My furnace was making noise so I called them and they came out to my house at no cost for diagnosis. This company was referred by my neighbor. I am very pleased with the service that they provided. They recommended a new furnace as the old one couldn't be fixed. I am also pleased with the new air conditioning unit and the furnace.

OFFICE STAFF FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. GOOD PHONE MANNERS. SERVICE PEOPLE CLEAN AND COURTEOUS. CONSCIENTIOUS OF NOT MAKING A MESS IN YOUR HOUSE. EXPLAIN THEMSELVES THOROUGHLY WHEN RECOMMENDING ANY EXTRA WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.
