Professional service is the only way to describe Slaughterbeck Flooring. Many hours were spent with the staff and Joan Slaughterbeck, (the owner), reviewing various carpets for just the right color, texture and quality. A second purchase involved a contract to refinish our living room floor. It was an expert job by Slaughterbeck?s contractors and the matching to the existing hardwood floors was amazing. Final words: It was outstanding service and expertise demonstrated by Joan Slaughterbeck, her staff and contractors.

There were challenges and Joan and her team when out of their way to make sure we were more than satisfied with the results. As issues came up they were quick to address our concerns and make us feel comfortable with the results. We are so happy that we chose Slaughterbeck Floors.

I ended up not choosing them although it was a difficult decision because the pricing was good and I very much liked the guy that came out to give the estimate. I liked him alot he had good customer service, he was informative and he was very good. I have seen some other work he has done as well. Even though I ended up not choosing them I would not put them on my list as somebody I would not choose. Does that make sense? They were very good.

Slaughterbeck was great to work with. Everyone was professional and skilled. They were willing to give advice when we asked for it. This type of work is very disruptive, and I feel they kept the hassles to a minimum. Joan Slaughterbeck has a great selection to choose from, and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were added details we hadn't thought about that really gave a more professional and finished look to the job. We plan to use them again in a month or two when have more carpet installed in our bedroom.

The are very well regarded by the contractors in the Los Gatos area. They had lovely work displayed at their show room. Unfortunately, the quote they gave us was $15,000 more than any of the other quotes we received! That is a full 50% higher! We would consider using them in the future if the quote was realistic.

Slaughterbeck personnel were helpful from the initial encounter. A knowledgeable sales person explained and showed us different types of flooring. After several visits we made our purchase. They worked with our schedule in the remodeling we were doing and did a beautiful job of installing our wood flooring throughout the house in three days. They returned later to install trim around our new fireplace and when we noticed a slight problem a few months later in the hallway they immediately returned and fixed it at no additional charge. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional & helpful from beginning to end.
