I found them very economical and good supply. They are very competitive with their price. They have a very wide variety of parts. Anything I could think of in plumbing, if I need something, they seem to have it. They have a large resource of people who could help as well.

Very frustrating! I'm reasonably knowledgeable about plumbing. The sales person wasn't listening to me and I was pretty sure he was selling me the wrong part. I took him over to where they had a display which was the same model as mine at home and showed him the difference. He said it would still work. Suffice to say that my plumber almost fell over laughing when I showed him the part RV Cloud sold me. When I went back to do the return, I explained my frustration and the other sales clerk asked me who sold me the wrong part. I pointed out the person who originally sold me the wrong part and their response was, "Oh no wonder;he does that a lot!" I thought about asking for a manager, because really, why should they keep someone on staff if they regularly sell people the wrong things? Shouldn't they give him some new training or something? I won't go back here unless I absolutely have no other alternative.

The sales staff is very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. They mostly sell to contractors.

I had bought light fixtures from them and they did the installation. I had a really good experience with them. It is a small family owned company. They always have good service and have competitive pricing. They were very helpful to me. They are willing to do exchanges if you have the need to. They are knowledgeable about their company compared to different companies that I have worked with. I dealt directly with the owner.
