Residential was very responsive. They followed up through email to see how happy I was. They were quick in getting the estimate to me. I went with a different company for the services because I had a better feeling about them. This service was in a homeowner situation where I had to go in front of a board to get it all approved. For this I needed to have very specific information and the company I went with was willing to give me all of the information and write a full report very neatly and orderly.

Great, both for the gutters and few years ago and furnace and airconditioning replacement just recently.

Their price was twice that of any of our other 3 bids.

We called in March for an appointment. They came out promptly to take a look. The service technician made several attempts to get the unit to function properly, but was unable to do so. We asked for an estimate for a replacement unit and were mailed an estimate within 1 week. A follow up installation appointment was made, they confirmed the date with us and arrived on time. The entire installation took a little less than 1 hour. There was no mess to clean up after the job. The serviceman then informed us that an invoice would follow in the mail. The invoice was exactly what was discussed. The whole process between the office and on-site service was very well coordinated and professional.

I would recommend this service to others. They came promptly to do an assessment and did the work efficiently. Actually gave me an estimate on time and finished before that time.

She was a joy to work with, and her techs and subcontractors were expert. The walls that were broken into were repaired so as to match the previous work of tasteful renovations. We gave her discretion to fix and/or replace bad work "buried" by others, and her judgment was terrific in how she fixed the additional things: she was still under the upper budget-limit set. Before leaving for vacation, we jokingly said we wanted the work to be so visually acceptable that we could have a dinner-party in the HVAC equipment areas: we can do that! The visible ductwork (necessitated by the fact that the garage is CA-small) looks like art. This house was on a "museum tour" three years ago, and the HVAC was such an embarrassment that I closed it off as best I could. Now it would "show" excellently! We received an email update while we were in Hawaii. We returned late at night and viewed the completed work before we did anything else. We were blown away by the quality of the whole installation.

I contacted them on a friend's recommendation and was immediately impressed with their responsiveness and with Cathy's detailed assessment of the home and willingness to provide lower cost and more complete options for the work. However, I was ready to drop them after that because I didn't get the quote when promised and had to call after a couple of weeks to remind them. This happened again when I asked for some clarifications. It made me worry about whether they would show up when scheduled and complete the job. I let Cathy and one other person know my concerns and they apologized and made extra efforts from there on out. The work was started and completed on schedule. The house was clean every night. The city inspection passed with no problems. The house is much more comfortable since this work was done.

The work was done well with a few hiccups. The workmanship of the setup was perfect. They did a longer run for one part because I asked for it so it would not hit my head. The salesman was not totally knowledgeable, but I think this worked out to a slightly cheaper price. He was very nice. All personnel were prompt every time. The job was finished in 2 1/2 days - a half day longer than quoted. The problem was that the technicians did not understand how to setup the exhaust and intake. They copied the past design that went into the chimney. However, there is no air to intake there and it did not work. A troubleshooting technician came by and figured out what was wrong. They re-did this part to outside and it works fine now. One more nitpick, the drilling to outside was rough and caused some paint chips to come off. It is in a non visible area of the house, so I did not paint it yet.

THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY COME OUT AS FAST AS THEY CAN. THEY CAN'T GET TO EVERYBODY AT ONE TIME THOUGH. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

WE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH RESIDENTIAL HEATING. THEY DID THE WORK WELL, AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS SLIGHTLY MORE THAN WE WANTED TO PAY, BUT WAS OKAY.
