He was very nice and pretty clean. It took a little longer than expected but other than that it looks great and he was very thorough.

I called him and left a message for a return call He called me back very soon after and we set up a time for him to come and give me an estimate. He called me back the next day after coming to my home with the estimate, which I accepted. He was leaving for vacation the following week so we set up for him to begin on April 2nd He arrived on time and did the work efficiently and neatly He had another gentlement helping him and he was nice and woked well too. He was punctual and pleasant to talk to. He finished the worked in 3 1/2 days. I would hire him again.

Great service started with the call to the office, the receptionist was a "handy man" herself and knew exactly what i needed to have done and what parts the tech art needed to bring with him. Art was on time, efficient, professional and very friendly. He cleaned up after himself and charged exactly what he had estimated.

He was supposed to come out and do the work and I had to call him. He rescheduled and did not show up a second time.

Roger returned my call the same day I called and agreed to come by the next day. We had gotten another bid, but the person seemed unsure of what work needed to be done. Roger was willing to tackle the "unknown" inside the wall, repair and replace it. He did just that in about 3 days. Great work!

A friend of mine recommended Roger from work she had done of various sorts in the past. Roger showed up on time, was very thorough in his explanation of what would happen, how long it would take and took the time to explain why work would be done one way as opposed to others I suggested. I had tried doing the patch myself, but it was an ugly mess and Roger explained it would be easier for both of us that the patch be redone and he had the materials already to get the job done right then. He cleaned up after work and came back a week or so later when it had completely dried and sanded it down perfectly. This was a small job really, so there isn't a lot to tell. However, based on work my friend had done (which I can't detail here because it was relayed to me secondhand) I am confident in Roger's work that I plan on calling on him in the future.

Wonderfully! He responded very quickly to my call, came out to do an estimate, and completed the work all in less than one week from the time I called him. Roger has done work for me before. He does an extremely good job, and does a great job of clean up.

I had used the services of Mr. Barrett before, so I was confident in his work. I noticed that the trim on my house, especially one side, was flaking and needed repainting. I called Mr. Barrett on Tuesday and he came over the next Friday to look at the work involved, then started work on Monday, finishing Tuesday. He scraped and primed the trim on Monday and then painted on Tuesday. I asked him to repaint part of the stucco that had been painted by another person, using paint that didn't match. At first he suggested that I wait until the whole house was repainted, but then decided that he could paint that section. He painted it and it looks great! He also noted that the side door to my garage had been primed but never painted, so he painted that as well. The job was completed quickly and professionally. I would recommend his services to other people.

Roger took the doors out of their places and sawed about a 1/4 inch off each. In an hour all doors were shaved out in the driveway where he set up his saw. When he was done, we were satisfied with his workmanship and the job as a whole.

Roger fixed my broken down closet and made it better than new. He was wonderful and worked very well with other people in my house doing other things at the same time. His cost for the job was much lower than the estimate so that made me very happy. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Roger was awesome. Water was leaking from the toilet at a friend's house. I called Roger's cell phone late in the afternoon on Saturday of the holiday weekend; he was driving home from a full day's work, but came over immediately to take a look at the situation. He was able to figure out what the problem was; drove out to get the needs parts; fixed the two problems with the toilet; cleaned up the floor where it had been leaking; got rid of all the garbage; removed and replaced a showerhead; and all for $90, including parts! I could not be more impressed and happy about the experience.

He was honest and I was glad he told me he was unable to do the work.

Roger was delightful to work with. He returned my call very quickly, and made an appointment to come out the next day. He was very professional, and I immediately felt at ease with him. After providing the estimate, which I was very happy with, he offered to do the work immediately. He had the equipment needed to do the job, including an extension ladder, did the work well, and cleaned up after himself.

Left a message and Roger returned my call the next night. He came over the next evening to look at the job. He gave me a price and a date. He showed up as promised and completed the work. I plan to call him again to repair my fence.

I called Roger and he came out for an estimate the same day. Within three days despite bad weather my fence was beautifully repaired.

Roger is the best handyman & fence builder I have had in the 31 years I have lived at my property. He built a sturdy & beautiful fence that all my neighbors commented on. I wanted only the best redwood all over & he did all the work himself. I couldn't be happier with this fence.

I couldn't be happier. He was very careful with the trim paint and did not let it drip or get into the white paint of the house and eaves. He did everything I asked him to do without complaint and very responsibly. On another project which cost $150, he built a rail down my two steps from the house to the garage floor. It is sturdy and very well built. He also built one side of my redwood fence (See Handyman Service and Redwood Fencing as the company title) and will build the back fence this summer. I would highly recommend him for any fencing or handyman work that you may want done.
