Description of Work: This is not about any specific service. They came to my home in Sunnyvale today claiming to be diamond certified. I do not find them in the recent diamond certified nor on the diamond certified website. There reviews here and on yelp are atrocious. Can you confirm whether they are diamond certified or not? Thanks.

Hello Member, My name is Jeremy Sawyer, I work for Quality First Home Improvement Inc, in the Public Relations department. I understand your concern with some of our reviews that we have received from customers and potential customers. Choosing a contractor to do work on your home is a very important decision and should be carefully thought about and all your options should be considered. Honestly, we have made some mistakes in the past and we are working diligently to make sure those mistakes never happen again. We have revamped our customer service department and made changes company wide to take us that much closer to providing a great customer experience from beginning to end. What the reviews that you can see don't tell you is that we do have 19,000 satisfied customers, and have 400 installs per month. If you take that into account, then you are looking at less than 1% of our customers who have received work from us are dissatisfied, that means we have more than a 99% approval rating. 99% is not high enough for me though. I work very hard to try and make sure everybody is happy, as do the owners and everybody else involved. I know that what you see on Yelp and on Angie's List can be disheartening, but I assure you, we are a company who's goal is to provide you with not only a top notch product, but also top notch customer service. We truly care about our customers, we truly care about the work that we do, and we are working everyday to make sure that everything that we do proves that. Description of Work: They put on some doors and then also some security. They were very difficult to work with. When I had a problem they were not easy to work with. When they get busy, they don’t send the correct person to do the work. For instance, they would send a roofer out to do the door work.

We have completely revamped our customer service department and also made many other changes company wide. We have made these changes because we felt that we weren't serving the customer as best as we can and that just wasn't sitting well with us.
