carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreJune 1, 2007 I got to the office and moved furniture. They were suppose to be there 9:30am -10:30am. After numerous phone calls and rescheduling, the last call I was told they'll be there 5:45pm. Guess what? 6:15pm, I called and was told they forgot me! They rescheduled for Sunday 6/3/07 at 4:30pm, no other times avail. So he shows up late, the KICKER is the WARRANTY is only for spots. I didn't need to move my furniture, I really didn't need them, we spot clean often. I wasted all day Friday and now, spot cleaning only? So he spot cleans, with me trying to find as many spots but he also had filthy water, and that was leaving a trail. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!RIP OFF!!
Description of Work: To clean my carpets in my 2 room office. I had coupon for 2 rooms plus hallway for $55.00. After numerous phone calls because of lateness, they came to clean my carpet BUT they couldn't clean my carpet...(excuses)and said for $300 they would steam,deep clean, and add in a 2 year protection warranty so that if it gets stain, dirty they would come out and clean my carpet. I figured after moving all the furniture and out of waiting frustration I would go ahead and take the "$300 out the door" deal,$150/clean wasn't so bad that was 12/29/05. Now we get to why I'm writing a review. My scheduled warranty work was Friday, 6/1/07.See below.
