PLUMBERS ON CALL

The were subcontractors to ''Repipe Specialist''. Their work was separated by different crews. The first crew did the repiping itself and the follow-up crews did the wall patching and addressed the building inspectors comments. The first crew who did the bulk of the work was excellent. Finished all the work in one day and was neat. However, all follow-up work to finish up and get a clear permit was a mess. Crews did not show up, phone calls to the office were not returned especially if you left a message. I was ready to cancel the rest of the work with them except I had already paid them 95% of the contract. I would not use them again if I had to pay 95% upon installation without permit because they didn't follow-up to finish the project. Although the work quality was done well, I would not pay more than 80% until the permit items are cleared otherwise they may not finish the job.

All the pipes busted. It was an emergency. They showed up right away. They did an immediate inspection for other leaks. There weren't any other leaks. They were very good. They did everything well. They didn't leave any mess. They were professional and very personable.
