They performed the work unusually quickly, exactly on our tight schedule, redid sections of work that were aesthetically unpleasing to us, without argument. They didn't have any issues about small ambiguities in the bid/agreement. Every problem I raised was solved to my satisfaction. Quality of work was admirable. Total cost came to something between $70-100/hour, which is considerably more than I would expect to pay and have paid in the past. I feel bad only giving them a B grade for Overall, particularly since the cost may well be competitive among drywall companies, but I know from experience that this price was significantly higher than I've gotten from individual practitioners.

Scott and team showed up on time and did a great job. Turns out we missed one of the locations we needed fixing, and he and his team were prompt on the response to come back and complete the work.

These guys were great. They were very professional and were able to finish the work ahead of schedule. They were able to give us a quote and begin the work within 24 hours. Price was great and they were extremely friendly. The level of work was very high quality and I would highly recommend them.

I wanted the work done quickly. As soon as I called, Scott arranged for an estimate that afternoon. I got a bid within a day or so. When I told Scott I wanted to use him he got folks on the job the next day and they wrapped up the following day. The technicians were professional and polite. They did good work and cleaned up after themselves. One thing that really set them apart was their willingness to share information. Some companies don't want to share trade secrets because they want to try and get more work. When I said I wanted to do my own painting they shared tips on how to approach it to get the best match. The whole project went like clockwork--what you always want in a contractor--no hiccups, no surprises, no showing up late or doing anything that made you wonder if made right decision. Definitely would recommend and use again.

They are great to work with. They were very fast in putting together the coat and they finished ahead of schedule. Then they cleaned up well after the work and I had found them on Angie's list. They did all the work they said they were going to do.

They did a great job. They did everything in two days. It was an extremely messy job, but they left everything so neat. They did everything they said they would do.

About a year ago, I removed a wall and opened up the entry way from the kitchen to the living/dining room. This left a good bit of drywall that needed to be replaced, taped and textured. I had been putting off this final step of my remodel for a LONG time. Then we decided to buy another house and sell our current home. This put a rush on finishing up this remodel. I went on angie's list and found great ratings for Pacific Drywall & Painting. I now understand why they are rated so highly. I called on a Thursday evening not knowing what to expect but Scott was able to understand what i needed by asking questions on the phone and by having me go to his website to look at examples of what my texture looks like. That night i sent him some pics of the area that needed work and he had a quote to me by friday. Saturday morning the tapers were there working on the job!!! This was labor days weekend! And by monday the texture guys were there and the job was done! I couldn't believe it! I was putting this job off and totally stressing about it thinking it would be expensive, messy and a real pain... but scott and his crew made it so easy! My new house has a wall separating the kitchen from the family room and my wife wants it removed. I will definitely be calling Scott back when it's time time to patch up the drywall for that remodel.

Scott came out for an estimate for drywall texturing and sent an e-mail with the estimate. He scheduled the work in just a few days and his workmen arrived on time and were very experienced and professional. The job was completed and then they asked if we needed it painted. Scott came back with an estimate that day and the next day we had it painted. They prepped everything to keep our area clean. Wow what service. Scott followed up to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We are very pleased and would hire his company again.

Everything went through fine. I don't have any problems. The workers were fine. They did a good job and the ceiling looks good now.

The quote was around $7000. They seem very professional. The estimate was higher I think they are more commercial type.

I only have one full bath in my condo so when the upstairs shower started leaking into the downstairs hallway, I was afraid of cost and time to get it fixed. After the plumbers came out and told me what had to be done, I called Pacific Drywall and Painting immediately. They were able to come out late morning the next day with 2 guys. They were done with the work and cleaned up the space in less than 2 hours. Very responsive, very professional. Certainly recommend.

I am extremely late in writing this report as the work was done in November just before Thanksgiving . The entire transaction was smooth and Scott was a pleasure to work with. From the time I contacted him through the work being completed it all went extremely well. Because of the distance from where Scott was and my schedule it was difficult for him to get to me for the estimate. I was able to take pictures of the areas where the work was to be completed and send them to him then he sent me a prompt quote. I was able to schedule the work for the next week. First the drywall crew came in at the scheduled time. They were fast, clean and very nice. They were followed by Nelson who was equally fast, clean and very nice. The first day he arrived on time and layer down the tape and mud. He came back the second day but the job wasn't dry enough to go to the second step so he had to come back on the third day to complete the job. I plan to use them again and would highly recommend their services.

I was given the impression that the job (11' x 12') would be done in one day so I was surprised when the workers said they were done and left after just replacing the drywall. I asked the worker when someone else would be out to do the taping and texturing and he said "maybe" tomorrow. Someone else did arrive the following day and added the texturing. The workers were late both days. I just wish the entire scope of the job had been explained to me up front. Checks made out to Pacific Drywall & Painting, Inc. are not accepted and must be made out to Scott Schrader.

Pacific Drywall was extremely competitive as well as responsive, punctual, andquite clean with their work/crew throughout their time in my home. I was very worried about the texture matching my existing walls but the patch was perfect! I would use this company again in the future if I ever need additional drywall repairs to my home. I also had them do several window sills that had begun to crack/lift after 12 years, again the match was perfect!

They were really professional. My husband had hired a friend of a friend to do the sheet rock and he had no idea what he was doing. They came in when we had this guy here for 3 and a half week. Pacific Drywall came in and took a look at it. They started it right away. They had actually pulled out everything that the last guy had done including the insulation. They got all of the boards and the sheet rock put up in a day, which took the other guy 3 and a half week, so that was great. The entire job was completed in a week.

All went just the way it was described. At 7:30 am, the guys were here, and before we could gather up all our things, pets, etc and leave, they had the living room and kitchen taped on plastic and the ceiling spray going on. They had all the popcorn done in a day, and the texture on to dry. We stayed away one night. The next day, the ceilings were all painted and fixtures replaces. It all looked great.

The person doing the drywall did an excellent job. The painters were here on time and finished on schedule.

I recently hired Pacific Drywall from inquiring on Angie's List. Spoke and worked with Scott on the quote, he was very responsive and helpful. Always picks up his phone and willing to answer questions. I had some ugly ceiling tiles that I needed to cover up with "normal" ceiling. He gave me a fair quote for 3 days of work. The guys that came out to do the job were nice and courteous. They covered up all the furniture with plastic and helped me move some furniture out of the way also. The drywall went up in a few hours and the next day a couple of other guys came out to smooth out the gaps and tape for painting. Minus some drips of plaster here and there (which they cleaned up most), everything went smoothly and looks good. Scott even gave me a warranty on the job and asked me to call if I had any issues. Overall very satisfied client!!

Would call them for our next project

Scott got back to me promptly after I called for an estimate. Due to their work load they where able to come out to give an estimate on the following Monday. The price was reasonable, so I schedule the work. It took about 5 hours to complete the repair. They where very professional and did a great job of cleanup at the end of the project. They did an excellent job matching the the existing texture, I can't tell where the patches are.

The employee who did the work was professional and courteous, and took less time than I expected to complete the work.

We chose Pacific Drywall from a list of 3 that you provided. The owner came out, assessed the damage and the cost of repair. (A small job) All three of the employees, including Scott, were extremely professional, courteous, took care to protect our premises during the work, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, and worked efficiently. We definitely would recommend Pacific Drywall without any hesitation. One happy customer.
