They are great. They have nice equipment. They have a nice process of cleaning the rugs and you can be sure that your rugs aren't going to be damaged. They're very friendly. We're very happy. They have it done when they said they would.

They do a good job.

We called on a Wednesday and they were able to schedule us for that Friday. They gave a 2-hour window for arrival time, and showed up an hour into the window, so on time. 2 guys came - one who focused on the carpet cleaning; the other handled the furniture. Carpet cleaning was thorough and he did great work on a couple of deep stains (and found one that we hadn't even identified). The guy working on the couches spent 4 hours cleaning front, back, sides, each cushion with meticulous attention to detail. He even trimmed some threads where our cats had done some minor claw damage, which is definitely going above and beyond. The only tiny item where they could have done better is to reattach the sectional when they finished. He took it apart to clean thoroughly, and we'll need to figure out how to put it back together. Again, that's a nit. We were happy with the work and will definitely use them again.

I have had good experiences with Modern Pioneer. Very good family business. Good people. Honest. Will tell you exactly what it will cost and what they will use to get out the stains. Really good experience. They are very careful. They told me the risks and the benefits. They do pick up, but it is so much more expensive. I like this company because they don't go crazy on price. They are honest on whether they can do it and how long it will take.

I would recommend Modern Rug Cleaners. I have been using them for twenty years. They do a great job. They have a very professional staff. Their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use them.

I have mixed feelings about the outcome. I have taken area rugs there several times over the past 15 years, and I've had very good service from them, but the last time I brought one, I didn't feel like the rug was clean when I got it back. I don't know if that was anything they did, and maybe it should have been cleaned twice, but I didn't address the issue with them, as I didn't give them a change to do anything about them. I still like their services and I don't want to come down on them for the one instance I've had with them.

The estimate was for $95 ,which was the lowest estimate , and what we were charged. It took a week for the wool area rug to dry, just as they said. We are very happy with this company and its service. And they carried the rug from and to the car !!

I dropped off 3 rugs, they measured them and I was given the price. They told me the rugs would be ready to pick up in a week. The rugs were ready as promised - nice, clean, and dry!

Very well, one rug started off very dirty but both wound up clean.

Receptionist and workers were very kind and helpful. The workers seemed to know their business and explained it well.
