Description of Work: Bill our technician was extremely helpful and knowledgable he crawled all under the house and searched for the little Devils. Description of Work: It was a pleasure to deal with this company. They were respectful of our home and carpets. They did a thorough inspection and told us we didn't need tenting. They did a spot termite elimination and then sprayed the wood to prevent any further infestation.

Description of Work: I definitely have termites, but am considering putting my house up for sale. Mighty Mite confirmed I do have termites, how long I've had them (at least 7 years), and recommended I wait to have my house tented. Description of Work: I just moved into my house in Daly City 6 months ago, and after of the rainstorms we had some winged insects came crawling out of the bathroom exhaust fan. Alarmed, I found MightyMite on Angie's List and had them take a look. Kenan, the inspector, didn't find evidence of termites but did find some mold under my stairs. I decided to have MightyMite take care of the mold and do a preventative termite treatment. The original price of the treatment was $1050, but I bought a deal which gave me $200 worth of services for $100, bringing the final total down to $950. Now, that seems expensive to me, but having read through the reviews, other users have found them to be the most reasonable, so I guess spraying for termites is just an expensive proposition. At any rate, the three young men who came to do the job were polite, professional, and careful. And now, I hope, my house is protected against further incursions by termites (or whatever it was that got through my vents.)
