About us

Joan McCreary Professional Organizer, LLC assists estate executors and trustees with clearing out tangible personal property. Joan works with individuals in their home to solve space and time management challenges, reduce clutter and find relief from disorder. Clients with special needs such as ADHD, TBI, and chronic disorganization are served by Joan's specialized training. Hiring an organizer is a giant step toward freeing a business or home from barriers to success. Joan works with each client to determine the scope and length of service they need. Services can be booked by the hour or in discounted time packages. Repeat service is set by the needs and schedule of the client. Joan provides personalized, discreet service in the Santa Clara County area. Her goal is to help the client feel empowered, comfortable and satisfied with the results of each project. To get started, call or email first to discuss your project interests. Joan will schedule a one hour assessment at the work site, including initial recommendations and determination of project scope. Joan came in and we discussed my goals and started right away. She made the process so easy for me. We went room by room, and she broke it down so it was painless! She is non judgmental, a true professional. I can now come home and feel comfortable in my own house and also feel comfortable having guests. Also, she teaches valuable organizing skills that I use everyday. I highly recommend Joan for any organizing job.
