Description of Work: There service techs installed my system and paid excellent attention to detail. Because of concerns with finishing the job, they came back the next day and completed the job.

+ -1 moreFry's is a bay area institution, but the purchase experience can be maddening. You don't dare ask one of the personnel for help or detail on the products, because that knowledge isn't there. The lines, especially during sales or the holiday season, can be incredibly long. On the plus side, Fry's had the variety and prices I was looking for.
Description of Work: I purchased a computer, keyboard, and printer from Fry's.

+ -1 moreThe people were very helpful and fixed our hard drive right away. They diagnosed the problem in no time and fixed the computer within a couple of days. Also, they gave pointers for future problems if they were to come up again.
Description of Work: Fixed a broken hard drive that had overheated and completely shut down in our computer. Took them very short time and were very helpful.

+ 0 moreIt was not a good experience. I had to take the computer back 3 times before they could get it fixed. They did not seem that knowledgeable. The cost was fine because I had bought a warranty on the computer but the service was terrible.
