 + -1 moreI love my new floor! Randy completed the remodeling of my bathroom beautifully. He dealt with challenges such as an uneven floor surface superbly. He dealt with my "picky" requests without batting an eye. I wanted a light switch moved over 6 " and the sink moved left a foot. When the granite came in and I realized it had a green undertone to it, I needed to replace some blue oriented tile with something that went better with green -- he included this unforeseen change in the project. He created the built-in shelving so it is exactly what I wanted -- it was so easy to communicate with him. His tile work is really good. I mentioned the floor -- it is beautiful, and the paint and the texture -- my new bathroom looks amazing! Randy did the work efficiently and promptly.
Description of Work: Installed a vanity, including moving the plumbing over about a foot, tiled the floor and the tub surround, replace toilet, moved a light switch, wired a new light fixture, created some built in shelving, textured and painted.

 + 3 moreRandy gave us a good bid and stuck with his price even when things took longer than expected. He generally had a good attitude about the work and was personable to work with. He did a fantastic job on the tile. The job went much longer than expected, in part due to his work hours, in part because the job was more complicated than we all thought initially. Randy does good work and I would definitely recommend him.
Description of Work: Framed in a wall, tore out damaged studs, replaced windows, doors, plumbed bathroom, electrical, sheet rocked 2.5 rooms, floor, shower and wall tile in bathroom, put up molding.

The workmanship was excellent, Punctuality could not be better. It was a pleasure to watch these two brothers work as a team. We would highly recommend them for any type of construction work. Description of Work: They remodeled our house as follows: 1. Converted the Living room and Family room into a large Great Room, removing a dividing wall, and adding new windows. and ceramic tiles on the fire place. 2. Enlarged the Dining area by moving an outside wall and window. 3. Remodeled the entire Kitchen- moving a door to the garage, installing new appliances, i.e., Ovens, gas range, hood, and all the pertinent cabinets. 4. Remodeled the two Bathrooms, adding ceramic tiles on the floors, and putting new sinks and toilets. 5. They also took care of all the electrical and plumbing work, and supervised the installation of granite counters, and hardwood floors. They also took care of the painting and stuccoing the outside areas. 6. They also installed Crown Molding all around the Great Room and the Kitchen.
