I just called for an appointment and then they have a service expert that comes to your house and he finds out what you want and he just samples. It is the same as if you went into a carpet store or a carpet department in a big store but if you look at the little squares or samples of carpeting and you determine the price that you believe you can handle and then you order it, he leaves and then someone comes whatever date you want him to come and then they come and they put it in the same day. He was not pushy and in fact I called him because I was concerned about something and he said he would take care of it. They first carpet the laid I didn't really like it and so they came in and took it up and put another one down. It didn't look like the carpet I ordered.

It went well. They came when they said they would. They matched our quote from Lowe's. My husband didn't like the padding they brought so they drove to get the one he wanted.

The workers arrived and I checked the carpet they bought and found that they had brought the wrong color. We then contacted their warehouse one worker left to go get the right carpet while the other worker pulled out the old carpet. After the other worker returned the carpet was installed to my satisfacation.
