Cory was very professional and knowledgeable in his work performed in my home, once the repairs were completed, he and his assistance cleanup the area they repaired and tested to ensure all faucets worked correctly, I would definitely call them again. 5 stars in for excellent service!

Cory was on time and the work was done well. They also set the washer, dryer and refrigerator back in place, something that they didn't have to do.

They came up on a Saturday, which is emergency service. The builder had put the shutoff in the wrong place, so to stop the water heater from continuing to pour out water, all of the water to the house had to be turned off. CMS promised to arrive with a water heater to get the job done quickly. Unfortunately, the tech wasn't told by the dispatcher, so he arrived late in the day with no water heater and no parts to fix it. They then quoted a four to five hour fix where they would hunt down the parts at an extremely high hourly rate. We were not happy overall and I let them know.

CMS was very responsive, communicated well, and did excellent work. I recommend them highly!

Erik is a professional plumber and fixed the problem precisely. He is very friendly to talk to customer and gives customer instructions or suggestions to prevent future problem. I shall be happy to recommend CMS to my friends.

They sent two men out to remove the old sink and disposal and install the new ones. The were on time, neat, and cleaned up. The charges were very fair and the time was accurate. They were pleasant and knew just what to do. I'd use them as well as refer my friends to them.
