It took days to determine why my computer to start. Then it took days to order the parts needed. Then it 2 days to replace the motherboard. My original motherboard had WiFI. They replaced it with a motherboard without WIFI without telling me.

They called to tell me I had more problem just to increase $50 more. When I got it back I found more problem with my email and printrer. They said I had 30 days free to fix things but they wanted another $200 . NO no no good co. Stay away far!!!
