ClickAway Computer + Phone + Network Repair

A very efficient and pleasant experience with ClickAway's Sunnyvale staff and service. I would use them in a heartbeat, rather than muddle around on my own. (I know just enough to create more problems while heading for a solution.) The fast turnaround and the willingness to let me pick their brains was refreshing. I highly recommend Sunnyvale ClickAway.

They sit with you and discuss the computer. They see what is wrong. Once, they didn't charge me, because it was such a small fix. I use my computer for business. He went out of his way to make it ready for me the next day. They do home visits if you call. The price was very reasonable for the quality of their work.

We've used them twice. We like them and they were easy to talk with. They found the problem, explained the problem and it made sense. We took our computer to them and they were accurate in solving the issue.

They're prompt, efficient, and well-mannered. I couldn't speak more highly of them.

I use their services when there is a problem with my computer or I have some confusion on how to use it. I either take my computer to their place or they make a house call. I bought a new computer from them. I took my old computer to them. They transferred all the data from my old computer to the new one. They mainly service computers but they do sell computers as well. I have used their services for about 5 years. They are excellent. I am not an expert in handling computers. I am highly appreciative of their help because they know so much more than I do. Perhaps an expert would be able to find deficiencies in their service. I am totally satisfied with their service. They are recommended by the Apple store in Las Gatos.

They fixed the computer and they did a very good job. Their price was reasonable. We wanted them to deliver the computer once the job was done, but they had a situation where they would not return our calls. We found out that the guy who fixed our computer was on a vacation and they might have been shorthanded. From the technical standpoint, they did a great job and we would definitely use them again.

Excellent. ClickAway rep was extremely effective and professional, and tested out PCs and router/firewall/DSL modem -- and determined that the DSL modem was likely culprit. He recommended that I call DSL provider for replacement, which I did, and that resolved the issue immediately upon replacement. He also only charged me for the trip charge as he left without the problem resolved, although he acyually had correctly prescribed the best path to fix it. He offered that Clickaway could sell me and install the router/modem but advised that SBC would replace for free as part of the monthly service I pay, which I elected to do. These folks are TOPS!!

They did a good job and I was satisfied with the work. They knew what they were doing and finished the job promptly. Everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful.

They were really good and helpful. I found them from Angie's list. Everything people said in those reports seemed to be true. They are very professional and seem to be very knowledgeable. Some companies will see that you don't understand something very well and will try to add stuff that they think you will pay for. This company doesn't do that. I asked if I needed another thing added but they told me that it was only for people who needed to do computer graphics.

Kevin was very professional and efficient. The router was installed and we verified that all computers were functioning properly. Very satisfied and will definitely use Click Away again in the future.

Fabulous. They showed up on time and charged me less than expected. I would definitely use them again.

I brought in a printer assuming it would not be repairable, but the technician managed to repair the printer for a very reasonable price. It was a great experience. They didn't try (too hard) to upsell me or talk me out of my intention to repair the printer vs scrap it and buy a new one.

Their customer service is very good. They are very dedicated too. They have very high technical ability. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

It was the only provider that I could find that did that kind of work. They did good job and took care of any problems that came up. The only problem is that is took a little longer than they had thought.

They fixed my monitor and it broke again and told me they could not fix it again. They were not prompt and the overall experience was not good. They were not professional

Great! I delivered the desktop unit. A couple hours later, I was informed that the drive failures were corrected by reloading the driver(s). When I stopped to pick up the unit, a boot hang occurred and so the technie kept the unit to research this 2nd issue. They later left me a message stating that the work would continue next day. I was called again next day and informed that the boot hang could not be recreated and so I could pickup the unit. My total bill was for the initial 1 hour ($49). Some other self maintenance at home has seemed to have resolved the boot hangup problem. I am very satisfied that ClickAway worked on my Windows '98 desktop and were able to get my drive problems resolved for only $49.00.

I took the iMac to them very late on a Friday, they called back on Saturday morning with the diagnosis and cost estimate. They called later to tell me power supply was back ordered from their first choice supplier. I authorized them to go to Apple at slightly greater cost. I had the machine back the following Wednesday morning. I was very satisfied. They charge $49 to diagnose, and in this case it was the only labor charge. They have evening and weekend hours. I used them once before on another problem and they were great.
