Fabulous! Easy to work with, and I cannot tell where the stain was. Color blends perfectly. Excellent company.

I need a certain scheduled . They had an estimator to my location within one day of contact. They then scheduled service one week out and they completed the job timely and professional. Will use them for further needs.

We have used Clark's Hardwood Floors before and they never fail to impress us with their professionalism and attention to detail.

I found the entire Clark's team very responsive throughout the process. They arrived when they said for the estimate; I asked them to come back to answer questions and they did; they started and completed the work as quoted; they came back, without issue, to retouch a few blemishes. I'm a perfectionist and I wanted everything done as promised and properly - they delivered. I don't have enough good things to say about Clark's. We obtained several flooring bids - they weren't the highest or lowest. Our decision was made based on warm reception at warehouse, responsiveness and the ease of connecting with the office staff, ease of communication with Joe, who came out to meausure, and all my questions/concerns being answered/responded to. I recommend them and would use them again. We replaced carpeting and installed hardwood floors, as well as had 3 rooms with existing wood flooring sanded and refinished. It all came out perfectly. Note to those reading reviews, when you have wood floors installed and everything sanded and fnished there are bound to be a few mars on walls and in our case baseboards since we didn't have them take the baseboards off and had them install base shoe instead. I expected this - they are moving around equipment, boards, etc. I touched up the walls and baseboards with patch and paint as necessary. There wasn't a lot, but there was some. I considered this all very reasonable. Also, I highly recommend their dust free system. Yes, you can save a few bucks without it, but it is well worth the price. It makes the clean up much easier.

Job was done in stages around other work that needed to be done, at my request. Workers have good skills, pleasant and on time. Owners very responsive, good to their workers and answered all my concerns and question - very flexible - extremely professional.

Excellently 1 the 2 workers had mud slides to deal with in setting to our remote home. They were reliable, pleasant and thorough took pride in their work. Phone comm. From office was great too!

Very responsive & punctual. Their dust collection system worked very well. House was kept very clean. They did a great job and the floors look wonderful.

They were on time, removed old carpets as promised and finished the job in four days, to our satisfaction.

Everything went quite well and I am very pleased with the result. While the two workers were on site they also took care of some other minor fix-ups on a threshold which was very convenient and I didn't pay extra for this. The finished result was great and they vacuumed up with their own vac and everything looked even better than when they arrived.

The crew that handled our flooring job has done over a couple thousand floors together. They know what they are doing. They provided excellent guidance on stain options and did a great job refinishing our floors. We are very pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

Estimater came on time, got estimate in 2-3 days. Appt. for work man arrived on time all 4 days. work was completed on time.

We pulled the carpet from the office, and put in hardwood oak. Clarkes did a great job & start of finish.

Jonge & Ally were professional, timely and thorough (they did sanding/finishing). The installers were just as good but I did not get their homes.
