Clark's Hardwood Floors

Happy with the hardwood re-finishing job, workers came on time and were efficient. Some scuff marks left on the walls (maybe due to the equipment ). Base boards installed well enough, but finish work (proper setting of nails, and caulking) could have been better.

They refinished our floors when we were away on vacation. Could not believe that there was no residual dust or debris. Floors look great and no mess to come home to.

Price was as quoted. Workers were punctual. No dust, very slight fumes.

Floor in stalled was priced slightly less than competitor. Timely, neat, clean, professional. Matched stain with existing hallway floor. atomic dust free system. Great!

Prompt and professional response and bid. Very courteous and knowledgeable, craftsmen did the job promptly and perfectly.

They were on time. Explained everything they were going to do each day and did it very professional. They even went beyond and for no charge sanded & finished a step in the living room and replaced a board (sanded, & finished) for a trap door in our office.

While we had a pretty good idea of the type of Hardwood we were looking for Sherry and Doug helped immensely in the selection of the particular manufacturer and stain to give us the jaw dropping result. Having a large active dog our requirements for the most durable wood and finish were paramount. In the first few weeks I'm convinced that the Brazilian IPE was worth the expense. The Demo crew had what I think was a difficult job removing a very heavy Terra Cotta tile that covered the entire first floor. They completed it on time and on schedule. The installation was flawless as far as this untrained eye is concerned. The sanding and finishing was not nearly as disruptive as I had anticipated. The lack of dust and debris was so unexpected. We were actually able to function in our makeshift kitchen watching the steady progress over the one month duration of the job. We are supremely satisfied with the result and would recommend Clark's to friends and family. They did an outstanding job.

I had the same two crew members daily. They cleaned up daily and worked very professionally. My floors look great.

Estimate, scheduling and labor were all done in a timely manner. Workers showed up on time and cleaned up every day. They were very accommodating when I added extra rooms. They still kept the schedule.

It was done in two parts and both were done professionally. People arrived on time and cleaned up after every day. this is the second time we have used this company.

Clark's did a good job! The price was in line with the others. They used a dustless system which actually worked! We had one small spot that needed additional attention and they promptly came back and fixed it.

Working with Clark's Hardwood Floors has been great. We had several delays in our kitchen remodel schedule and Sherry was amazing about pushing the install date of the floors out (at least three times). She always made me feel like my project was still a priority. Part of our original quote was to just sand and finish the repaired section of the dining room floor but the repaired section turned out to be bigger than they expected. So they sanded and refinished the entire floor but gave me a discount on the work since it wasn't in the original quote. I appreciate them making sure that it was done right (I'm glad they refinished the entire floor because it now matches the adjacent kitchen) and not just sticking with the original quote. The workers were always on time and very friendly. They were careful with their equipment around our newly installed kitchen cabinets. I think they went above and beyond to make sure that the floors in all three rooms looked great and consistent. The dust free system really is dust free! I would definitely use Clark's Hardwood Floors again!!

Sheri was very helpful in scheduling our project. The workers were prompt and courteous. There was an issue with our coating, but Clark's took care of it and our floors look fabulous!

The quality of the work is superb. The professionalism was great. All three appointments, Clark personnel showed up 2 minutes before the scheduled time. They matched the wood of a staircase they installed a few years ago, which also was done with extreme expertise. We would obviously use them again when we needed the best in workmanship.

Work was performed on schedule and executed professionally. Virtually no dust problem. Finished floors looked like new.

I had met Joe a year or two earlier and I was so impressed, I saved his card. Everything went smoothly and the end result was amazing. You can't eve tell where the patch is!
