Cinnamon Solar

As a homeowner, the anxiety that comes with undertaking a major home improvement, such as a home solar system installation, quickly dissipated when Roger Pang, from Cinnamon Energy Systems, provided us with an informative and effective presentation on what his Company could deliver. The presentation was quite impressive; with Roger taking the time to explain the solar system components (in layman's terms) and patiently answered all our questions (we had many). Over the years, we have had a number of contractors, and we have to say, that the Cinnamon Energy Systems Teams were the best ever. There were two main teams; Ramiro Martinez supervised the solar panel installation (roof penetrations,roof hardware, rails, conduit, junction boxes, etc.). And Alejandro Rodriguez, Senior Electrician, and his assistant Moses were responsible for building the "heart" of the Solar System (all electrical connection for the battery, inverter, subpanel and Solar Edge monitoring). It was clear from the start, everyone in involved, operated on the principle that "quality" mattered in every phrase of the project. As both the solar panels and the "heart of the system" were being built / installed, people walking by noticed the quality, organization and cleanliness of the work being done on the project. Some of those same people asked if they could take photos of the solar panels on the house. Well done, Ramiro and many thanks to your hard-working crew. And to Alejandro Rodriguez, you're the best! You are truly the master of your craft. Thank you for your patience in allowing us to watch and learn how a Solar System is properly installed. Even our neighbor (who works for a competitor) had a look of appreciation when he saw the "final" products. Also, thank you all for accommodating our special requests in the design and allowing us to participate in problem-solving as the build was taking place. We applaud Cinnamon Energy Systems for assembling two first-rate / professional teams. Our heartfelt thanks and gratitude.

I installed solar on my roof with Akeena Solar in 2006. The inverter came with a 10-year warranty and after 9 years it failed. Although Akeena shut its doors, their former CEO Barry Cinnamon now heads up Cinnamon Solar and he was responsive and happy to help, despite technically being at a new company with no legal responsibility for Akeena's installs. Cinnamon Solar obtained a warranty replacement for the inverter and installed it free of charge for me. I really appreciate Barry's commitment to older customers and that they were willing to help me out like this. I will definitely be recommending Cinnamon Solar to my friends if any of them are in the market for a solar array.

Cinnamon Solar was the right choice! I heard Barry Cinnamon's "Energy Show" on KLIV and decided to take the plunge. We ended up with 6 estimates including Cinnamon's. All were in the same ballpark but it was Cinnamon Solar's follow up that impressed us. The salesman. Scott Oswald was patient and knowledgeable. He was willing to come by and answer questions as well as discuss options. The owner, Barry Cinnamon came out and met with us as well. All of this made choosing Cinnamon Solar easy. Once we signed, Libni Alonso and his crew came out and did the installation quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to our homelife. Scott came out several times during the installation to make sure all was well and the crew was there for all of the inspections. Today the message came that we could "Flip the switch" and we are now interconnected with PG&E and producing energy I want to give a big thumb's up to Cinnamon Solar. I am recommending them to all of my local friends.
