+ 0 moreOver a week later I had still not received his proposal so I called him. Mr. Bowman said he had sent it to me and asked for my email address again and said he would resend it. I waited another week and called him again. He said that he had never sent a proposal and that he was "thinking about" sending me a letter declining the work. It is great to be busy and in demand but I found Mr. Bowman's misrepresentations to be very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Jason Bowman of California Horticulture came to my home and discussed what I wanted to do--poolhouse, landscaping, design work. He showed up a half hour late but he did call to say that he would be late, although he called 15 minutes after he was supposed to show up. We discussed what I wanted and Jason said that he would get a proposal to me by the next day.
