I contacted this company to get a quote for tinting some windows in my home. I had to call twice until I received a phone call back. I spoke with Bob, he gave me a quote, and I told him my location (a bit far from his location). He made it seem as if he'd be willing to come to me to do the job. I called back to schedule an appt for the work to be completed. This time I had to call back three different times before I got to speak with Bob again. When I finally did speak with him, he told me he was unwilling to come to my location. Would have been nice if he had just picked up the phone to tell me that. I have an infant in the home and no A/C. The recent heat has been pretty unbearable. I guess not getting a phone call back from them should have been my "clue", but I believe being responsive to all customers is the right thing to do. Very disappointing professionalism and responsiveness from this company.

I called for a quote on Monday and spoke with the owner, Bob. He was friendly, didn't seem rushed (like a couple other places I called, who seemed annoyed at the fact they had to talk on the phone), and informed me he had an opening Thursday. He also offered to give me a ride to work if needed, being they'd need my car all day (from 8am - 4:30pm). I scheduled the appointment and dropped off my car at 7:55 Thursday morning -5 minutes before they're even open- where a very friendly lady (Bob's wife?) was already at work. For being so early she was very chipper and helpful. The whole place just has a nice family vibe, which means a lot to me, coming from Portland where most places have a trustworthy atmosphere and you feel like you're giving your business to good people. All that aside, the quality of their service is absolutely top notch. I've had every vehicle I've ever owned tinted, and this is by far the cleanest job I've ever seen. No lines, no bubbles, no soap marks, not even that usual chemical smell that lingers for a few days afterwards (and that stood out, being that this is a brand new car and I was happy the new car smell was still there). And there's no wait time to roll down your windows - they do a baking technique that allows you to roll your windows down right away. Nice. Anyone looking for tinting, look no further - you've found the best in CA Auto Tinting.

I am very pleased with the quality of work. Even the very small A pillar windows were tinted. Work was performed earlier than promised and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish. I had a hiccup with the timing as I had work commitments come up and they were easily able to reschedule for me. Dropped the car off first thing in the morning and walked over to the Winchester Light Rail (it's a little further than I'd have liked). When I got back at around 4pm the car looked fantastic. There were a couple of bubbles in the sunroof panel but they assured me that they'd dissipate in a couple of days and they did. (They also mentioned that if they didn't they'd happily redo any of the work). Extremely professional and great quality of work. Best of all I could roll down the windows immediately due to the process they use!

Tint is of good quality and made the car look really good. Bob, the owner, discussed the whole process with me and they got it done in a day. Tint has been on for about a month and looks great. They warranty it not to turn purple like other cheap tints. Thinking of having my Truck's (did it somewhere else many years ago) tint pulled off and re-done by these guys, since their work looks so much better.

I have used them twice on two different occasions and they have did everything right both times. My car looks great. It looks like it just got off of the lot. I was very happy with the overall turnout. I would highly recommend them.

Great! Bob was really helpful in selecting the right tint for me. Dropped car off between 8-9am as requested and car was ready as promised at 4pm. I've had windows tinted many times by other companies, but nothing looked as great as this ; no tell-tale signs of tinting. It looked like factory installed work. Great warranty, very helpful staff. A fantastic job. One minor thing: When I went back and reviewed my notes, I wrote down that I was quoted $430 for the job on the phone, but was charged $450. It's highly likely that I misheard the quote since the call came in on my cell phone. I did not mention price discrepancy to the folks there because it was after I left and I was so happy with the work! I'm even getting ready to have our other car done.

The initial work was completed on time, for the price quoted and we were very satisfied. After seven years, the tinting failed on a couple of the windows and was starting to fail on most of the others. They promptly scheduled an appointment to replace the tinting on two windows and providing I had the warranty, there would be no cost. I returned for my appointment, with the warranty. They took a look and decided to replace all of the film. The windows look great, brand new, better than the rest of the car. I was very impressed with how well they stood behind their product. I am very pleased and will seek to do business with them again.

THEY WERE ABLE TO TINT ALL THE WINDOWS. ALL THE BACK WINDOWS WERE DONE AS DARK AS LEGALLY POSSIBLE AND THE FRONT WINDOWS WHERE TINTED AS DARK AS LEGALLY POSSIBLE. THE TINT JOB WAS EXCELLENT. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY BUBBLING OR ANY DISSATISFACTION. THE JOB WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. I HAVE NEVER GOT A FIX IT TICKET FOR THE TINTING ON MY WINDOWS BECAUSE THEY DID IT TO THE LEGAL STANDARDS.
