Description of Work: I am a out-of-state property owner/land-lady, therefore the communication had to be done through phone, text, e-mails and my tenants, but the whole process went well despite that. Tom, the owner and his crew demonstrated trustworthiness as well as professionalism. I feel I made the right choice with this sizable investment/expense.
