 + -1 moreI just remodeled the bathroom and I needed the plumbing hooked up and he showed me an estimate at about $400 and he ended up charging me $800. So he changed the estimate at the very end of the service. It took him hours to do that and it shouldn't have taken more than an hour. He was punctual. I've tried to resolve it and I can't even get a callback from these people. I left several messages and no one even called me back.
Description of Work: I actually put in a sink and I just needed the plumbing hooked up so he connected everything from the sink and the faucets to the wall to make the water run.

Description of Work: Installed two heaters in our homes.Then when needing service trying to get parts on their second visit took 7 days. Manager told me it was not cost effective to provide the best service at the cost of shipping parts priority. Note the part weighed 3 oz. So that told me I was nothing but a sale and they did not want to serve me to the best of their ability.... This was the Santa Rosa office. I also bought two water heaters through their sister company and also had some but not as many issues with their product. Good employees in the field but management and policy left me cold and looking to another provider for service.

 + -1 moreIt was expensive, but Benjamin Franklin was under the other bids. They were very pleasant to deal with, from the superviser to the workers. I couldn't have had a better experience. They were very considerate and I really appreciated that. Even though they didn't need to do so, they re-piped under my house with more modern piping. I got a lot more than I had orginally bargained for.
Description of Work: I had my entire sewer line replaced.

 + -1 moreAfter a month had passed I decided to call The Punctual Plumber. The receptionist understood my concern and took my information. The next day I had to call them again. While she had me on the phone she got someone to start typing my quote and they would email it to me. I received it the next morning.
Description of Work: I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on a Friday for an installation of a new tank-less water heater and some other plumbing rough-ins. Spoke with Chad and made an appointment quickly with Ricky for the next Monday. Instead Juan came, not Ricky. He was fifteen minutes early which was good for me. Juan was somewhat informative, and did some calculations on site. He also asked about what other services might be in the wall. He asked for pictures of inside the wall, which I made copies for him to take.
