+ -1 moreIt went terrible from the start with our order getting misplaced, a sales staff person handed off our order to another person who eventually quit his job. After a long period of time, a third person attempted to help us and the bottom line is that when the windows arrived, they were the wrong windows. During the reordering process, we were told the manufacturer changed their specifications and not only did that cause a delay in our getting the windows, the windows when they arrived were difficult to install because of their size, and our current problem has resulted in two of our windows having the window cranks hitting the sill causing a groove in the window sill. We started our contact with Argonaut in March 2006 and as of December 2006, we do not have our windows correctly functioning. We were forced to escalate our concern to the CEO of the company who has promised us resolution to our issues.
Description of Work: We ordered five new windows, custom made, custom design, wood windows. The windows were measured ordered, reordered, installed, reinstalled, and we are currently waiting resolution of two windows that have the window crank so low it hits the window sill when attempting to open the windows.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY DID VERY GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY WERE PROMPT, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: INSTALLED PICTURE WINDOW AND SLIDING GLASS DOOR. PRICE INCLUDED MATERIALS.
