Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for Above All Roofing Solutions. They inspected the roof.

Description of Work: took before pictures of what was needed to be sealed. so make sure you get after pictures because nothing was sealed and now I have a leak. he swept the dirt off my roof and he said it would cost $10,000 for new roof. wasn't here more than 1/2 hour! that's $198 per hour for sweeping off small section of roof. rip off!

Description of Work: I requested an inspection and expert assessment of my roof from AAR. Mr. Ken Armstrong was sent from AAR. He was punctual and professional. He inspected the roof, However, he declined to provide a written assessment (though he did do some touch-up on the roof free of charge). Overall AAR did not meet my request, but, Mr. Armstrong was very pleasant and professional otherwise.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof caps. The reason for my overall "B" was that the company should use something like the Square reader on an iPhone to instantly charge a credit card.

Description of Work: Repaired leaking roof. Took four trips (non contiguous days) to complete repair. Have had several rain storms without sign of leek. |Also this was the only company willing to start within 7 days of signing contract and giving them first part of payment.

Description of Work: I had bought an inspection package on angie's list. the guy came out to inspect, was totally honest about how i didn't need any work done, asked if there was anything else he could do because the inspection was so quick.

Description of Work: Ken arrive at the end of the 1 hr time period. He hopped onto the roof and check all the roof structures and repaired a broken shingle, and two cracked sun tunnels. He also resealed the flashing around the chimney. He said the roof looked good and would be "good for another 10 yrs." It's a 40 yr roof only 13 yrs into its lifespan. I called him several days later to ask a follow up question which which he answered. I was very pleased to have spent a little bit of money for a lot of reassurance as we head into El Nino.

Description of Work: Had provider out to review a leak in roof. Had to go on roof to show provider issue and propose solution. Provider stated that they would get back to me on a permanent solution proposal in next two days. Didn't hear from provider for an extended period on proposal.

Description of Work: Put on a new roof. Took off the old roof and completely re-roofed by entire home. It was a fairly straight forward job except the slop was greater than what they would normally cover with the Angie's list job. The foreman and crew were top notch. The only problem I had was with scheduling. Many changes of date and delays but I blame that more on El Nino coming than with the company.
