I didnt use the deal because I am out of their service area. It took them 5 days to get back with me.

Prompt and really helpful, and went above and beyond in walking me through the next steps that I'd need to take (drywall repair, etc.). I'd definitely recommend them.

They were very nice unable to schedule in my time frame and the roof maintenance package did not include repair.

It went better than we expected it to. We had what appeared to be a leak by the chimney in the living room and were afraid that we would need a new roof. It had been 20 years since an upper story had been added along with the new roof. I have gotten a lot of flack from my husband about using Angie's List. He considered it a waste of time and money. But this time he asked me to find someone using Angie's. I found several places that offered deals and picked Above All Roofing Solutions because they offered what I thought we needed - a roof inspection that would include minor repairs if needed. But mainly an inspection that would give us an idea of what we were dealing with. And they had all their licenses, etc. I made the appointment almost a week ahead of time. Our choice. I wanted my husband to be there for the inspection and that was the earliest he was available. THEY would have done it the next day. However, the day of the inspection they were not there on time. I phoned and got put through to the inspector who was unexpectedly busy at the warehouse. He said he would get to us in 40 minutes. He got there in 35. I really am sorry I cannot remember our inspector's name. I wrote everything down but cannot find it right now. But he was polite, efficient, and started the inspection immediately. My husband showed him where the leak was and where we thought it was coming from in the attic. He inspected the roof and reported to my husband that there wasn't a leak, there was a lose piece of plywood on the roof and a hole in the side of the chimney, evidently made by the original roofer, which had not been repaired. Other than that there were a few loose nails which could be re-sealed. His suggestion was that we put a temporary patch on the chimney so that it did not continue leaking. He estimated that the current roof would last at least another 5 years. This was a very nice surprise since we had been thinking we might need a new roof. He removed the wood, made the repairs, and that was it. I am 98% positive that, when it IS time for a new roof, we will call Above All Roofing. And best of all, I do not have to listen to my husband tell me what a waste Angie's List is any more!

They were excellant. Matt is their operations manager and is very good on details. They cleaned up everything after the work was done. The roof is wonderful.

The service wet okay. They gave me a quote for a new roof, but I have not had time to research the quote. What they did do I was pleased with and would consider using them again. The technician was very nice and did a great job. He knew what he was talking about and was very informative. He took care of a few minor roofing issues while he was out. They were very responsive and got the estimate to me within a few days. I had no issues with scheduling and they were very accommodating.

The owner was on time. He asked if I had any roofing problems or leaks. I told him my concerns. He and his co-worker went up on the roof and sealed around the fireplace and vent pipes. They also sealed broken tiles and checked the gutter. He also pulled an obnoxious vine that had made its way through the roof. It took them less than an hour. I was pleased.

Rick Pisano was a rapid responder to our call for a garage roof-walkway roof estimate to cure our flat roof-drainage problem, which was that due to a slight depression at the front of the garage roof, rainwater was spilling over the front of the garage every time it rained, causing the collecting water to spill over onto the driveway. I was bound and determined to re- direct both drains by re-designing both the walkway and the garage roof to slope so as to drain the water into a gutter at the right rear corner of the garage to go from there into our backyard creek. Both of Rick's estimates involved complete tear offs and building slope into the new roof with multiple layers to create new drainage slopes. Estimate number 1 was to to drain the water to the right rear corner of the garage toward the creek ($8,257) and estimate number 2 drain was it to the front of the garage into an alternate drainage site at the right front corner ($6,836). Rick is an experienced roofer, with a world of knowledge about roofs. I do think that rather than try to offer me a simpler flat roof, guttering solution, Rick was persuaded by and acceded to my desire for a "Cadillac Drainage System" to eliminate standing water on a flat roof, hence his Cadillac estimates involving the expensive tear-offs and roof layer build-ups that he suggested. Both estimates came by email the next day. We decided to go with a different roofer, who explained that our existing tar and gravel flat roofs are basically fine (not leaking) if I was willing to accept the water puddles and slow drainage characteristic of a flat roof. In that case, simply raising the front edge of the roof and installing a new gutter in the front from which water could be drained into the same alternate site mentioned above would suffice. And, if back drainage to the creek was desired, a gutter could be sloped along the side of the garage hidden by the existing attached boat house and out the back of the boat house. His estimate, just received, was simply for a new guttering system, at a cost of $750. I was cured of my Cadillac scheme and brought to my senses by this other roofer's common sense and simple solution, so we are going with him. However, if I ever need Cadillac work on a new roof, on house or garage, Rick's company, would receive my consideration.

JUST FINE SO FAR, TIME WILL TELL IF IT STANDS THE TEST OF TIME

Matthew Llanes is a very professional and personable Operations Manager. He always came to the house on time and was more than willing to go out of his way to provide us with samples and any other service we needed. His roofers started on a Monday and had the job completed on a Thursday. After each day they cleaned up any debris that was on the property. We highly recommended Above all Roofing Solutions, Inc. for any of your roofing needs.

Rick Pisano took my appointment and personally showed up on time to measure the roof. He was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He then personally delivered the quote the next day and went over it in detail with me. They gave me several price options depending on the type of roof (30-40-50 year). Once I decided to go with them, they were very efficient. Rick kept me in the loop about when the shingles would be delivered, when the work would begin, and followed up the day after the job was completed to make sure everything went ok. The crew was also professional and efficient. My new roof looks great, and I am exteremly pleased with my experience working with Above All Roofing Solutions.

They seemed very professional when they came in to give the estimate. The only reason I didn’t chose them was because their price was much higher than the other company who did the job for us. They were responsive. I would consider in using them in the future.

Everything went pretty good. He came when he said he was going to be here. We went through the numbers. He said he would be back in an hour with all of the calculations. He came back in an hour and I was satisfied except when we looked at it, it was a little beyond our budget right now. It's not that he overcharged, we just had a budget.

The representatives of the company visited my home after some delay. I think they looked at the roof. No information or estimate was provided. I called twice with no result.

Insurance didn't pay much, so we had to come up with the rest; they worked with what we had.

Took some time to get the work started, but once it began it was finished within 4 days. The supervisor was professional and friendly; we got daily updates on the work.

Roof job looks nice. We had a difficult time getting a hold of the company when roofers did not show up. Also, the scheduling was very last minute, so I would give an "A" for the work and a B- for communication. Clean up was fair.

They were supposed to fix the hole in the roof. They said they were going to find the leak in our roof and fix it. They charged us 3300.00 and told us it was fixed. Then it rained and ruined all the sheet rock in the hallway and stair way. I was not impressed by this company at all. I feel like they ripped us off.

All the roofs in this addition had a problem with the ridgelines curling up so we had the ridgelines redone and the vents weren't sealed right so we had the vents sealed again also. These guys are really good workers. They did a nice job, fixed the roof and they didn't make a mess.
