Ken contacted me right away to set up a convenient date and time and was very punctual and professional. He clearly outlined what the service did and did not include. He was very good about explaining things in terms that I could understand. I would definitely hire him again.

I called before the holidays and spoke with Ken. He said he was not going to be working over the holidays, which is completely understandable. I asked if maybe next year and he said that he would call me. I waited the first week and never heard anything from him. I called and left a message, several times. I finally got a return call via voicemail asking to call back to schedule. I called maybe a total of four times and spoke with him only once. He called me yesterday out of the blue saying that he could come at 1:00 PM. I told Ken that I had to pick up my sister at the airport and would not be home at that time. When I got home from the airport, I had a card on my mailbox saying that they had been here between 1:15-1:40 PM asking to call to reschedule. (This was incorrect as I left my house at 1:20 PM and he was not here.) I called and reminded him that I told him I was not going to be home and he offered to reschedule. I rescheduled to today (January 20th) between 1:00 and 2:00 PM. I waited and waited and he never showed or called. My sister ended up having to walk to the grocery store because I was stuck waiting. I called Ken and told him that we had an appointment for between 1:00 and 2:00 PM and asked why he hadn't shown. He told me that he was running very behind and that he could reschedule. I told Ken that he was not reliable and never seemed to follow up appropriately and that I was going with someone else. Very poor customer service. He did not have the courtesy to say "While I was waiting, I took on another job". No call, nothing, just leave the customer hanging.

Much to my regret nothing was done. Furthermore I believe from looking at previous comments from others who asked for a roof inspection package, this company uses Angie to scout for houses that will require an entire roof rather than roof maintenance. I will probably email Angie about the $99.00 rebate. Like I said, with Google there is no excuse for any roofer to be surprised about the slope of a roof.

Ken arrived on time and found my roof problem within minutes of the inspection. He then continued to do a full roof inspection fixing anything he could find. He was up there chalking and taping a number of items he found. When Ken was done I felt like I got a real bargain for the work that was done. I was told my roof was now in good shape and should get another 10 years out of it.

They did come out and gave me an estimate. I had two questions that I wanted answered before hiring them to complete the project but they never returned my call. They did however give me an estimate on the roofing project.

It turned out perfect. They just finished like a week and a half ago. I called on the day that the inspector came for the second time to do the final. I called and told them to release the money and all. When they gave me the estimate it was two different pitches that they had to do one part of the roof different from the other. So it was eighty five hundred dollars was the original estimate. Then they had to take a lot of the ply wood up and replace it. It was dry rot. They also had to replace some rafters and stuff like that and by the time they were all done it was twelve thousand and one hundred dollars. They did a good job. In two days they were done and out of here. The inspection came and there was, I have an electrical power thing running over the roof and the inspector wanted that straightened out. I did that myself because I know that that thing comes apart and it wasn't there fault for doing anything so I fixed it and then I called the roofer up again and he called up the inspector and had him come back out and they signed it off so otherwise the roofing part, what they did was fine, there was nothing wrong with any of that. What I see is they did a good job and I'm really happy with it.

Thanks Matthew! Everything went well.I was looking into possible leaks from the roof and to verify that roof is doing well. I have been hearing some pinging during rains, so I wanted to make sure there were no leaks that he could find water entering in. Matthew Llanes checked everything, did work as performed on the Angie's list item, made repairs to my gutters for leaks, checked various items and showed me wear and tear on my roof and provided information on my chimney. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I don't need. Gave me things to watch and repairs I could make. So all is good. Appreciated the work and service and knowledge. He also reviewed the roof and determined no leaks but fixed certain items that may have been causing the pinging sounds. If I have any more roof issues or need to make repairs I would go back to Above All Roofing Solutions.

Matt was very easy to communicate & schedule with. He was prompt & courteous and gave us good advice after performing minor repairs on the roof. This is how the rest of these constructions should conduct business.

Angie's deal. Doesn't seem well-integrated with the Angie's service because they didn't have my requested times, requiring me to call a couple times (after a few days w/ no contact) to set up an appointment. But that could be Angie's problem, not theirs. They also showed up at the wrong time -- Wednesday instead of Friday -- with the wrong order. Showed the voucher and they did the job. Not a problem for me, but I probably took somebody else's appointment as a result. Ken was friendly and worked well and efficiently.

As expected and resulted in quote for new roof.

Didn't do much other than cosmetic but willing to bid- too high for me.

Very good communication with scheduling, arrival, and our needs. Was very thorough and timely in providing inspection information. Would definitely use again.

Ken Jr called back within same day and asked for additional information. Will get back to me with an estimate next week. Was very courteous and professional.

Matt was professional and knowledgeable. Very knowledgeable and always on time. Work was done in a timely manner and the quality was fine.

No one wants to have to spend $16000, but the estimate was on par with others I received to do a new roof. Ken was prompt in calling to set up an estimate, prompt to send the work proposal, able to start work within 2 -3 weeks, started on time, was organized and efficient, cleaned up well. All of the workers were pleasant. Technically they have the last of the work to do tomorrow, but they are almost done. i am entirely satisfied with how things went so far and would not hesitate to use them again.

Everything was good - scheduling, attitude, timing. Again, if I did not pay $100 basically to get an estimate - this wold have been an A review. I just feel that Angies big deal this time was used as a way to get exposure to more customers, without providing actual service.

Roof was inspected & then the inspector sealed around metal flashings and found and repaired a hole that had developed around a pool solar heater pipe that went through the roof.

It took a few days to hear from him, but he seemed to be very nice when I spoke to him on the phone. My son-in-law came by in the mean-time and was able to fix the problem, so I no longer need their services.

Hello Angie . The service did not work out from the getgo. I called the people after waiting a few weeks expecting them to return my message left at the office. They did not call. I called again and the lady gave me Matt's cell number, called the cell number twice, left messages and nothing. I later called the office again and finally talked to Matt. he said there was a big mistake because the coupon was for PITCHED ROOFS only. he said to call Angie for a refund. That is what i am doing. HELP ANGIE, CAN I GEt MY MONEY BACK. Matt said to have Angie call him.

Matt was very thorough, pleasant and professional and I also felt very honest. He emailed me a detailed report on his findings and recommended what minor work should be done now and what could wait for future.
