Description of Work: I bought a $99 "roof maintenance" deal from Angie's list after noticing that our roof leaked in one place. A roofer came out promptly, went up on the roof, and did a bad caulking job on some flashing and broken tiles. He said we needed a whole new roof, and eventually sent a quote of $21000. | |We had another roofing company take a look the following week, and the roofer said that there were several newly broken tiles. He was able to fix the leaky roof as well as coat and paint the tiles for $7000, so our roof looks brand new for 1/3 the price. We also have a warranty for 10 years. | |I would not recommend this company, the roofer would not just fix the leaks and even caused some damage to our tiles. Although they were prompt to come out and seemed professional, I was very disappointed that the "fix" was a brand new roof. The roof is 28 years old and is supposed to last for 50 years. I believe that they are out to make money on their maintenance package.

Description of Work: Came out to inspect our roof and sealed pipe collars, etc, general maintenance review. Found we still had some life in our roof but should keep on eye on it as it was showing areas of wear. Very professional.

Description of Work: They were one of a few people I used for an estimate. They were the only one to recommend replacing my entire roof. I'm not an expert, but I agree with the others that there are better solutions.

Description of Work: Ted, the tech guy who came here located where the leaked was coming from, assessed the problem and told us that he will be in contact with us through email and will sent us an estimate for it, he did not fulfilled that promised. I thought that the money I paid for the service for the roof, covers the small fix, like the one we have. He came here just did an inspection and that's it. When he was here, he actually talked to my son Dennis and told him and explained to him how they will fixed the roof...he said that they will take the tiles out and cover the leak. But I wasn't sure if I will have them do that. So, I just waited for Ted to submit his estimate anyway but I can't wait anymore longer, it was just taking too long that's why I called somebody else to do the job.
