Mike is the GREATEST! He’s efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and just so friendly. I have a sliding glass door which leads to the patio and it was stuck and wouldn’t open. Right when told Mike over the phone of what was going on, he immediately knew the solution, thoroughly and efficiently explained the cause, explained to me the solution and just overall communicated so clearly with me and helped me understand without getting frustrated. His team members did an awesome job and my glass sliding door has never been able to move the way it does now. I tell you it’s running smoother then ever and mind you this is a very heavy and old sliding door but you would’ve never known with the way Mike and his team fixed it. I wish we would’ve found him sooner and I am so grateful to have had him and his team help me with this problem.

I contacted them and it pick me out in a few hours with the necessary thing and this is great because it shows interest about their company. They were willing to come, they went up and did the estimate. Maybe within a week the window was replaced and the door was working perfectly fine.

They were quick to respond to my request. Very pleasant to talk to and accommodating. I had them repaired two sliding glass doors they did not line up correctly because of their installation and removal of dog doors. I highly recommend them and will call them again. I am a realtor and often have issues with doors :-)

The roller mechanisms on my 33-year-old sliding glass door needed replacing. I found A-1 On Track on HomeAdvisor, received a glowing recommendation on them from a gentleman also in the business but who does not serve Redwood City, and booked an appointment with A-1 for 2 days later. The day of the appointment, Marcelino gave me a heads-up call 30 minutes before their arrival, and he and Martin arrived exactly on time. They immediately put protective covers on their shoes and laid down a heavy cover to protect the carpet. In a little over an hour, they replaced the original single wheel roller mechanisms with units containing 2 wheels each, and which looked to me better designed and constructed to support the heavy door than the factory originals. The door now rolls much more easily and quietly. Martin and Marcelino are friendly people. I enjoy watching professionals work, and therefore observed the entire job. At each step in the process, Martin explained what they were doing and why, and, where appropriate, what he expected to encounter as they disassembled and reassembled the door. He was never wrong. Many generalists could probably have replaced the door's wheels, and possibly at a slightly lower cost. However, anyone who has repaired older items knows that it can be difficult to find appropriate replacement parts and that some modifications are still often necessary to get them to fit and function properly. Consequently, I prefer the peace of mind that comes from using repair specialists when possible, and long term, I often find them to be more economical. I can recommend A-1 On Track to anyone needing sliding door repair.

Their pricing is a bit on the high side. But they provided excellent service and did a great job.

I am a very happy customer. A1 on Track have made our bathroom sliding door (pocket door) a breeze to handle now.
