+ -1 moreShowed up when he said he would. Finished his work each day and left with the dive ways clean and useable. Dropped several trees with out hitting fences or breaking other trees not being removed.
Description of Work: Cut down 18 cotton wood trees, some overhanging the house / deckShowed up when he said he would.

Description of Work: We have a weeping willow that has been dying. We would like to keep the tree because it is very mature and provides a great source of shade for our backyard. Dan examined the tree but couldn't immediately diagnosis the problem. He said that he would do a little investigative work and try to figure it our but if he couldn't, he gave a referral for an arborist who could. He left but did the investigative work and even checked with a colleague to see if they could figure out the problem . The reason for this detail description is because this was all done for free. He also cut down another tree and left the areas clean. Great service. Thanks, Dan.

+ -1 moreHe was on time. He came when he was called. He cleaned up very well. He didn't break anything. We had a lot of irrigation pipes on the ground. He didn't allow any of the tree parts to fall over them. He did extra work as well, that he didn't bid on.
Description of Work: Carsten Tree Services took a large oak tree down for us.
