POLY PRO WINDOW & DOOR COMPANY

This is a little long but worth the read! I originally called Jeff at Poly Pro to look at my windows. Even though it meant he may loose the sale, he recommended that I call the company that originally installed the windows during the time the house was constructed...... He said he believed that it might be covered by warranty. I called the competitor and after many weeks and meetings with the glass manufacturer, it turned out that I was to get a $2,500 credit towards new low-E glass windows. Well after weeks of missed appointments and showing up on the wrong days, I finally got the estimate which I believed to be way to high. As it turns out I was right. After over charging me for the new windows and giving me the credit, I could still do it cheaper going through Poly Pro and Jeff with out the manufacturer's credit. I really felt the competitor and their supplier was trying to rip me off. After Poly Pro was brought in to do the job, their manufacturer would not do the low-E coating the way the competitor was going to make them. They said it will not last, and they have a lot of experience with glass and heat from doing major casinos in Las Vegas. That alone saved me tremendous aggravation later on. Poly Pro was always on time, had great installers, and did a great job for a great price. They were installed on time and very neat. I am very pleased that I slected Poly Pro and will definitely call them for any future work.
