This company has horrible customer service. It took a month for a simple repair (replace ice maker in refrigerator). I did not choose the company-it was chosen through a warranty service, so I did not have a choice. The repair person was late by three hours on the first visit. Said a part would need to be ordered. After a 2 weeks I contacted the company- received a text message stated they would schedule my appointment when the part arrived. Then received a text message a couple of days later, part was in and I was put on the schedule- given an 8 hour arrival window. The repair person never came- did not call or text. I left multiple messages none were returned. That service call was scheduled for a Friday, late Monday evening I received a text saying "Sorry, I missed your appointment I can put you on the schedule for the first open appointment" which was in 4 days- so 6 days after original appointment. Did not give an arrival window. The repair person did show up on the scheduled day- made the repair, but did not leave a receipt, work order, business card or any documentation of the repair. I will never use this company again- even if it means I have to pay for the repair outside my warranty service. So unprofessional- having an 8 hour window- someone waiting a whole day for the person only to have him/her not show up with no phone call or communication of any kind. Certainly not a way to run a reputable business.

I was given a 4 hour window for service. 2 hours into the window, I called the company to verify that they were still coming. It turned out that the service man's calendar was not updated with our appointment and he did not realize that he was supposed to come to our house. (It was a good thing I called.) He came as soon as he could, it was about 7:00 pm, a few hours after the 4 hour service window, but he did come and he did fix our TV on the day promised.

This was a company that we did not choose to use, but was assigned to us as it is a vendor for the warrenty company. To start, they are VERY difficult to get a hold of. Most of the time, you have to leave a voicemail and they get back to you whenever they feel like it. Sometimes I called multiple times and finally someone called back. When the technician came out he was very unprofessional and I had to help him figure out how he could examine the washer. I had to tilt the washer for him. When he left, he said it was a very common problem and the part should be come in in a few days. two weeks later they did not contact me or return my phone calls. After around 5-7 voicemails, they finally called me back. Miraculously the part came in the day before (or they finally decided to return my call). The Technician gave me a window of 10am-2pm. He showed up at 2:58! At 2:00pm I was calling them, but no answer. THe tech finally called to tell me he was running late at 2:35. This company has been nothing but a headache to work with. I would never reccomend them.
